The CRG Racing Team is ready for another challenge in the 2026 karting season: the FIA European Championship KZ–KZ2. The karting season has reached the point where the MINI Team and the CRG Racing Team split their programmes for the Senior categories (OKJ, OK and KZ). Alongside these two Senior-class models, the MINI chassis is also confirmed, carrying TGroup homologation and sharing the same technical specifications as the Black Mirror model.

After a historic 2025 season, marked by Senna Van Walstijn's double world title in KZ, Maksim Orlov's KZ2 World Cup title, the European Championship titles and the FIA Karting team crowns, the Sodi Racing Team approached the 2026 season with the ambition of maintaining this level of excellence. On the selective La Conca track in Italy, for the kick-off of the WSK Super Master Series, the French manufacturer and its partner CPB Sport returned to competition. This first international event immediately confirmed the competitiveness of Sodi equipment, both in terms of confirming its achievements in KZ2 and in the promising development of the Mini categories.

The Macau event marked a major milestone for the Champions of the Future Academy Program, becoming not only its first event in this country but also its debut in this part of the world.

The 2026 International Karting season has already begun. Next week, with the first tests at the Muro Leccese track, engines will officially fire up for a new and exciting season of racing.
