It is with profound sadness that RGMMC shares the news of the passing of its co-founder, Lynn Geidel.

Lynn was an integral part of RGMMC from its earliest days and played a central role in helping build the organisation into what it is today. Alongside her family, Lynn dedicated many years to international motorsport and karting, working tirelessly behind the scenes to support the teams, drivers, organisers and partners who became part of the RGMMC family.

For those who knew Lynn through motorsport, she was much more than a colleague. She was a familiar and trusted presence in the paddock — warm, determined, caring and always willing to help. Her commitment, professionalism and personal connection with so many people left a lasting impression across the karting community.

But beyond RGMMC and motorsport, Lynn was first and foremost a mother and grandmother. Her family was at the heart of her life, and she will be remembered most deeply by them for the love, strength and care she gave throughout her life.

Her passing leaves an immeasurable void for her family, her friends, her colleagues and the many people around the world who had the privilege of knowing her.
 

Lynn’s contribution to RGMMC and to international karting will never be forgotten. Her legacy will continue through the organisation she helped build, the people she supported, and most importantly, through her family and the lives she touched.

Rest in peace, Lynn.
