The finalists at the Cremona Circuit’s third and closing round of the WSK Euro Series

After the heats held on Thursday and Friday, the top spot is held by Orlov (KZ2), Dergunov (OKJ), Firhand (OK), Miras Y Munoz (MINI U10), Mair (MINI Gr.3), Costea (OK-NJ), Marchesi and Giudice (OK-N).

Everything is ready at the Cremona Circuit for the grand finale of the third round of the WSK Euro Series, the final event of the international series that will crown the 2026 season champions on Saturday, July 11th. After the first two rounds in Viterbo and Lonato, the series reaches its decisive round with the standings still open in all seven categories (KZ2, OK, OKJ, OK-N, OK-N Junior, MINI Gr.3, and MINI Gr.3 U10), and the main contenders ready to give their all for the titles on the line.

Participation has once again been very strong, with 250 drivers from 50 different nations, confirming the international nature of the event organized by WSK Promotion, which, since its first edition in 2010, has built an extraordinary Hall of Fame, featuring champions such as Max Verstappen, Lando Norris, Charles Leclerc, Andrea Kimi Antonelli, Arvid Lindblad, and Alex Palou.

KZ2 – Orlov eyes the title.

Max Orlov (CPB Sport – Sodi/TM Kart/LeCont) has dominated the start of the weekend with his third consecutive pole position and three victories in the three qualifying heats held on Thursday and Friday. The Russian driver, who is already the championship leader, is clearly on track to clinch the KZ2 title and is ready to approach Saturday's final two challenges—the Prefinal and the Final—with a degree of calm. Behind him, his teammate, Dutchman Dion Van Werven, has confirmed his strong form. Also among the top performers are the Italian Luca Spagni (KCS Racing – Birelart/TM Kart) and the other Sodikart drivers, Mark Zvarich and Jenson Graham. The Chinese driver Houzai Jiang (LA Motorsport – Parolin/TM Kart) also performed well.

OKJ – Dergunov is successful in the heats.

After the three heats, the Russian driver Matvei Dergunov (Ricky Flynn Motorsport – LN/TM Kart/Vega) climbed to the top of the provisional standings with two victories and a third-place finish. He is followed by the Ukrainian driver Vsevolod Osadchyi-Suslovskyi (Energy Corse – Energy/Iame), thanks to a win in the third heat along with two fourth-place finishes. Other top positions are held by the other Ricky Flynn driver, the American Liam Nachawati, the Polish driver Remigiusz Samczyk (Energy Corse – Energy/Iame), and also the championship leader, the Czech driver Zdenek Babicek (Tepz Racing Team – Tony Kart/Iame). The pole position holder, the Russian driver Stepan Mazepin (SM Racing – Gillard/Vortex), is slightly further back instead.

OK – Firhand one step away from the title.

The Championship leader Qarrar Firhand (Ward Racing – Parolin/TM Kart/LeCont) achieved a clean sweep in the three heats, a result that is putting him one step away from the title. Having also set the pole position in qualifying, the Indonesian driver has dominated the first part of the Cremona event and is preparing to finish the WSK Euro Series on a high. Chasing him are Briton Henri Domain (MP Motorsport – Henza/TM Kart), Martina Rumlenova (MVM Racing – KR/Iame), Hungarian Roland Nagy (DPK Racing – KR/Iame), and Brazilian Francisco Rocha (Forza Racing – Exprit/TM Kart).

MINI U10 – Miras Y Munoz under the spotlight.

After taking pole position in qualifying and winning the first two heats, the American Zayne Burgess (Parolin Motorsport – Parolin/TM Kart/Vega) suffered a retirement in the third heat, which dropped him back in the provisional standings. Meanwhile, the French driver Sasha Miras Y Munoz (Baby Race – Parolin/Iame) is riding high with three wins out of three heats, followed by Burgess's teammate, the American Blake Hsueh, who won the final heat. They are followed by Frenchman Isaac El Haouti (BabyRace), Thai driver Max Zvarich (BabyRace), and Frenchman Leon Giudicelli (Jana Racing – Tony Kart – Vortex). Also among the top performers are Johan Berger (BabyRace) and Jack Wolff (KR Motorsport – KR/Iame), despite a retirement in Thursday's heat.

MINI Gr.3 – Mair has a good margin.

The British driver Alfie Richard Mair (Tony Kart Racing Team – Tony Kart/Vortex/Vega) leads the championship with a comfortable margin and also heads the heat standings thanks to two victories. However, the competition is very tight, with other key protagonists standing out. With one heat win each, the Maltese driver Zane Pace (Tony Kart Racing Team), the Italian Ryan Di Munno (Team Driver – KR/Iame), Frenchman Nahyl El Gahoudi (BabyRace), and the Thai driver Phawin Warakitsupachok (BabyRace) have all proven their worth. Close behind the leaders are the American Pedro Cueto (BabyRace), the pole-sitter American Wynn Godschalk (Kidix – KR/Iame), and the Italian Andrea Buffo (BabyRace).

OK-NJ – Costea takes the full sweep.

Outsiders are on the rise in the OK-N Junior category, where the Romanian driver Calin Costea (Gulstar Racing – KR/Modena Engines/Vega) has achieved a clean sweep of three heat victories, chased by pole-sitter Enea Pezzutto (Team Driver – KR/Modena Engines), who continues his climb to the top with two heat wins. The British driver Daniel Ferguson (Modena Kart – Parolin/TM Kart) and Italian Gioele Carrer (Emme Racing – EKS/Modena Engines) are also performing well. Among the top drivers are the Romanian Radu Basescu-Pricop (Modena Kart – Parolin/TM Kart) and Italian Marco Verde (Pantano by DAM – Pantano/Modena Engines). The championship leader from Sweden, Helton Hedfors (Modena Kart), is close behind the frontrunners. Giuseppe Noviello (Tony Kart Racing Team – Tony Kart/Vortex) also secured one heat victory.

OK-N – Marchesi and Giudice engage in a great battle.

Two wins each in the heats put two of the category's main contenders in the lead. In first place is Nicolas Marchesi (Team Driver – KR/Iame/Vega), who is third in the championship and one of the fastest following his pole position in qualifying, alongside Andrea Giudice (Tony Kart Racing Team – Tony Kart/Vortex), who holds a healthy lead in the championship standings. Among the top performers is also Giulio Mazzolini (Zanchi Motorsport – KR/TM Kart), who sits ahead of Lamberto Ferrari (Monster K Factory – Monster K/TM Kart), the second-placed driver in the championship. Conversely, Manuel Scognamiglio (Pantano by DAM – Pantano/Iame), fourth in the championship, is further back after the heats; despite one victory, his result was hampered by a retirement. Cristian Blandino (Zanchi Motorsport) also secured one heat win.
