A few weeks after a very successful trip to Campillos, the teams using equipment from the Kart Republic factory perfectly mastered the specifics of the Algarve international circuit in Portimao and those of Maxxis tyres. The second round of the Champions of the Future Euro Series ended with an impressive domination by the KR-IAME teams. Brilliantly supported by their teams, with their recognised skills and professionalism, the drivers went on to successfully complete their mission in several instances. Italy's Iacopo Martinese in OK and Great Britain's Noah Baglin in OK-Junior won the Finals, which saw two trebles for the Italian brand.

Noah Baglin (OK-Junior) and Iacopo Martinese (OK) won the Finals in Portimao with flying colours, Henry Domain took the overall lead in the 12-14 age group, while Martinese is now the leader in OK.

With 96 drivers entered in OK and 91 in OK-Junior in the first of five rounds of the Champions of the Future Euro Series, top 10 places in the Final were extremely hard to come by. The teams using KR chassis and IAME engines clearly worked in the right direction, as the rankings showed seven OK and six OK-Junior drivers in the top 10 of the Finals. In 2025, the aim will be to retain the OK title in this RGMMC series and to win back the OK-Junior crown. Over the years, the Champions of the Future Euro Series has established itself as an essential series at the highest level of international karting. Launched in 2020, it has seen many of the top drivers who currently shine in the most important single-seater championships, including Formula 1 in the case of Andrea Kimi Antonelli.

Heats on Friday were wet after the dry weather in the morning. The conclusion of the heats will be on Saturday, while the final stages will follow on Sunday, March 16th.

The third round of the WSK Super Master Series is going to be on from February, 19-23, and it registered important presence in all categories.

As in 2023, the FIA Karting prize-giving ceremony took place in Nice, France, on Saturday 7th December at the Hyatt Regency Palais de la Méditerranée. The karts of the three World Champions were displayed to the guests.

The incredible 2024 World Championship held in Great Britain on the PFI circuit had two major highlights: firstly, the two Finals ended in unexpected last-lap upsets, and secondly, the KR-IAME teams put in a particularly impressive overall performance. Kenzo Craigie became OK-Junior World Champion, while James Anagnostiadis secured the Prema Racing team's one-two finish ahead of Rocco Coronel (VictoryLane). In OK, KR Motorsport took the team title after Joe Turney finished runner-up in the World Championship.

The CRG Racing Team and Ethan Jeff-Hall are the 2024 World Champions of the OK category, the top direct drive class. The event, the most prestigious and important of the international season, was held in England at the PF International Circuit from September 12th to 15th. This circuit has always been a battlefield for English drivers and this year too was no exception, with an all-English podium in OK and an English winner in Junior. For the CRG colours, this prestigious success enriches our wall of fame in FIA events, bringing the world titles won to 25.
