GB3-racewinnaar Gianmarco Pradel is in zee gegaan met MP Motorsport voor een vol seizoen in de snelgroeiende Eurocup-3-klasse. Het 19-jarige talent uit Sydney stapt over naar het Nederlandse team om een van de steunpilaren te worden van de MP-bezetting in de klasse.

Alba Larsen will once again take on the challenge of the F1 Academy in 2026 together with MP Motorsport, competing in the support programme of Formula 1. The Danish teenage talent recently joined the Scuderia Ferrari Driver Academy as a Ferrari junior and is aiming to fight at the front in her second season, following a highly promising debut in the series for a new generation of female motorsport talent.

The MP Group has further strengthened its position in the Northern European karting scene by acquiring Chrono Karting, the leading organiser in Dutch karting with the Dutch 2-stroke (Dutch Rotax Max Challenge) and 4-stroke championships among its portfolio. With the acquisition of Chrono Karting, the MP Group aims to enable Dutch karting talent to make the transition to motor racing in a structured and professionally supervised manner.

The sixth and penultimate round of the 2025 F4 Spanish Championship at Valencia crowned Thomas Strauven as the new overall champion and Ean Eyckmans as the Rookie Champion, marking a historic all-Belgian weekend in the series. Strauven sealed the title with five races to spare — the earliest coronation in the championship’s history — by winning Saturday’s opening race, while Eyckmans clinched his rookie crown after Race 3 on Sunday.
 

Fast Finnish driver Tuukka Taponen will race for MP Motorsport in his second season in the highly competitive FIA Formula 3 Championship. The 18-year-old member of the Scuderia Ferrari Driver Academy has signed with the Dutch team for 2026 after a promising debut year in the category.

The MP Group has further expanded its karting activities by acquiring the legendary karting circuit Karting Genk. To this end, MP owner Henk de Jong reached an agreement with the Lemmens family, who opened the outdoor track at Horensbergdam in 1983 and have owned it ever since. MP, best known in the Netherlands for its leading Formula racing team MP Motorsport, has been working for several years to grow its presence in karting—the foundation of the talent ladder that MP Motorsport offers all the way up to Formula 2.

Atlassian Williams Racing is pleased to announce that Williams Racing Academy Driver Alessandro Giusti will challenge for another season in the FIA Formula 3 Championship with MP Motorsport in 2026. Young Belgian talent Yani Stevenheydens has joined MP Motorsport for this year’s F4 Spanish Championship, as the Dutch single-seater team continues to expand its Formula 4 line-up. The 18-year-old, from Meise, already had his first taste of Spanish F4 by teaming up with MP in the opening round of the F4 Spanish Winter Championship at Jérez last weekend.

Austrian karting prodigy Niklas Schaufler is MP Motorsport’s latest addition to its 2025 F4 Spanish Championship line-up. Backed by the Red Bull Junior Team, Schaufler will transition to single-seater racing following a distinguished karting career which established him as one of motorsport’s most promising young talents.
 

Peruvian youngster Andrés Cardénas is the fifth driver confirmed for MP Motorsport’s strong six car line-up in the 2025 Eurocup-3 series, the 16-year-old from Lima moving up after a pair of successful seasons in the F4 Spanish Championship.
