The agreement extends the supply of state-of-the-art kartwear and helmets to support IPKarting’s official teams and drivers.

The IPK group has just made an admirable start to the FIA Karting European Championships for KZ and KZ2, which got underway in Valencia. The results speak for themselves: fastest race laps, victories in the heats, a podium in the Final and, above all, a brilliant result for the team as a whole, with a very high level of performance on the Spanish circuit for the IPK chassis, whether in Formula K or Praga colours.

Since its creation in 2010, the IPK factory has rapidly established itself as one of the leading companies in the global karting market, thanks to its innovative technology and the quality of the products it sells. Originally from Belgium, Cash van Belle has lived in Italy for fifteen years for professional karting reasons. Throughout his career, he has had the opportunity to look after great drivers such as Bas Lammers, Jérémy Iglesias, Max Verstappen and George Russell. He is currently the team manager of the official racing department of the IPK factory, which runs the Praga Kart and Formula K brands. Here is his view of the situation in Italy in mid-May 2020.

A professional driver with the Italian manufacturer IPK, in the Formula K colours, the Frenchman Jeremy Iglesias has been racing at a high level for more than 12 years.  Three times FIA Karting European Championship vice-champion in KZ, he is one of the most respected drivers in the paddock thanks to his recognised talent and his unanimously appreciated fair play. As deconfinement is gradually spreading across Europe, at the beginning of May 2020 he speaks about the effects of the COVID-19 pandemic.

On the last weekend of January, Offenbach am Main in Germany was once again the centre of the karting world. The classic IKA Kartmesse trade fair hosted the world's largest kart exhibition for the 28th time, although in this new decade, the exhibition presented itself on a slightly smaller scale than in previous years. For the first time, the fair only opened six instead of seven halls.

Queenslander Jason Faint has taken a memorable victory in the second round of the SP Tools Australian Kart Championship, presented by Castrol EDGE, in Newcastle NSW. Faint led home last round winner Troy Loeskow and perennial front runner, Christopher Hays in Sunday afternoon’s KZ2 Championship final.

Only a few days are left to enter the 30th Andrea Margutti Trophy, race to take place in Lonato from April 4th to 7th 2019 for categories KZ2, OK, OK-Junior, 60 Mini, IAME X30 Senior and KFA. A good presence is building for the 30th edition of the Andrea Margutti Trophy, the International race organized by Parma Motorsport that is part of the FIA Karting calendar and that will take place next 4-7 April at the South Garda Karting circuit.
