Performing increasingly well throughout the fourth round of the Champions of the Future Euro Series, the KR-IAME teams ultimately made a clear mark in both categories during the Kristianstad finals. Noah Baglin and Zac Drummond secured a one-two finish in OK, whilst Daniel Miron Lorente crossed the finish line first in the OK-Junior final, before being joined on the podium by Priam Bruno. Ahead of the series’ final round in Sarno in September, Kart Republic factory karts occupy the top three places in the overall series standings, in both OK and OK-Junior.

Since winning the KZ European Championship title in 2023, Danilo Albanese has been one of the most consistent drivers on the podium in this highly competitive category at FIA Karting events. Finishing 2nd in Spain in 2024, 3rd at the World Championship in Franciacorta in 2025 and then 3rd at Genk in 2026, the Italian driver has now concluded the European Championship in 2nd place. This consistency in results clearly demonstrates the competitiveness of Kart Republic’s factory equipment and that of the KR-IAME package in the gearbox categories.

The 2026 Superkarts! USA Pro Tour is set to begin in one month, traveling to the Musselman Honda Circuit over the weekend of March 27-29 for the 2026 SKUSA WinterNationals. In Italy, the end of January marked the start of the new season for KR Motorsport and WSK Promotion, with the opening of the Super Master Series at the World Circuit La Conca. The international karting community was deeply saddened to learn of the passing of six-time World Champion Mike Wilson, who died on 5 January 2026 at the age of 66. Season after season, the IWF's success continues unabated. Once again this year, the IAME Warriors Final will celebrate the best drivers of 2025 with pride, pleasure and passion. Twelve months after devastating floods that forced the organisers to relocate to another circuit with a postponed date, the Lucas Guerrero circuit in Chiva near Valencia is ready for an incredible week of IAME brand cup karting. In Spain, no fewer than 388 participants are registered for the 14th edition of the IWF25, which is already shaping up to be a memorable event.

From April 4 to 6 this weekend, no less than 266 drivers are expected for the first round of the IAME Series Benelux 2025 in Mariembourg. The Karting des Fagnes circuit will be the battleground for the best kart drivers from the Benelux and a strong foreign representation.

With 96 drivers entered in OK and 91 in OK-Junior in the first of five rounds of the Champions of the Future Euro Series, top 10 places in the Final were extremely hard to come by. The teams using KR chassis and IAME engines clearly worked in the right direction, as the rankings showed seven OK and six OK-Junior drivers in the top 10 of the Finals. In 2025, the aim will be to retain the OK title in this RGMMC series and to win back the OK-Junior crown. In addition, valuable information has been gathered a week before the start of the FIA Karting European Championships.
