The second round of the E4 Championship at Mugello Circuit ended with one final twist. After Kean Nakamura-Berta’s success in Race 1 and Alex Powell’s victory in Race 2 (following the 5-second penalty handed to Nakamura-Berta, first under the checkered flag), the last race of the weekend went to Sebastian Wheldon.

Mugello - Qualifying for the second round of the E4 Championship at Mugello Circuit delivered both spectacle and confirmation. On one of the most technical and selective tracks of the season, Kean Nakamura-Berta with Prema Racing was the absolute star, taking two pole positions. Fighting for the top spot and securing pole for Race 3 was Mercedes junior Alex Powell with R-ace GP, who had already impressed on this track in July during the Italian F.4 Championship, and once again shows his strong feeling with the Scarperia circuit.

Scarperia e San Piero (FI) - At the Mugello Circuit, 38 drivers competing in the Italian F.4 Championship took to the track for official qualifying, pushing against the clock to secure the best possible starting position for the weekend’s races. Pole position for Race 1 went to Prema Racing’s Kean Nakamura-Berta, while Mercedes junior Alex Powell of R-ace GP will start from the front in both Race 2 and Race 3, a positive turnaround after a challenging start to the season.

Freddie Slater's dominance in the 2024 Italian F4 Championship continues unabated. The British driver from Prema Racing secured all three wins in the fourth round at Mugello Circuit. This brings his total to 10 wins, 7 consecutive wins, and 240 points in the standings for the driver from Stratford-upon-Avon.

This evening, it was time to get serious at the Mugello Circuit for the fourth round of the Italian F.4 Championship. After two free practice sessions, qualifying took place to set the grid for the three weekend races.

The race held at the Mugello Circuit will remain in the history of the Formula Regional European Championship by Alpine, as Dino Beganovic is crowned champion of the 2022 season. It was enough for the Swedish driver to finish the race in fourth position to mathematically bring home the title, conquered by the Prema Racing standard bearer with one race still to go. A Prema Racing branded success, already triumphant last weekend in Barcelona, which today saw an unreachable Paul Aron on the highest step of the podium.
