After the positive experience in the final two rounds of the 2025 WSK Final Cup in Cremona and Lonato, Davide Bottaro has been confirmed by Lenovo as the lead driver of the Kalì Kart partnership project within the CRG Group. Davide will compete in the OK category with an intense racing programme, focusing primarily on FIA Karting events (European Championship and World Championship), alongside participation in the Champions of the Future and a selection of WSK events.

On the eve of the first seasonal appointment scheduled for next weekend with Round 1 of the WSK Master at Muro Leccese, the CRG Racing Team has officially announced its drivers for the direct-drive OK and OKJ categories.

The opening round of the WSK Super Master Series will take place next January 21-25 at the International Circuit La Conca in Muro Leccese. Over 300 drivers are in the provisional entry list.

The second day of testing at the La Conca International Circuit in Muro Leccese saw Mercedes F1 driver Andrea Kimi Antonelli take to the track. He was among the 323 participants registered for the Official Collective Tests organized by WSK Promotion ahead of the start of the racing season.

The 2026 International Karting season has already begun. Next week, with the first tests at the Muro Leccese track, engines will officially fire up for a new and exciting season of racing. The CRG colours will once again be represented across every category by the CRG Racing Team, the racing squad which — in the company’s 40th anniversary year — aims to further enrich its prestigious palmarès, which currently boasts 27 World titles and 25 FIA World Cups.

The season starts on January 21 - 25 with the opener of the WSK Super Master Series, which will be preceded by the Collective Test on January 16-17-18.

Within CRG’s headquarters, the guidelines for the first full season that the Lenovo Kalì Kart team will face in 2026 have been outlined. The 2025 WSK Final Cup ended with a significant haul of trophies for KR chassis. At the conclusion of the series taking place in Franciacorta, Cremona and Lonato, the podium ceremony saw a total of 13 podiums at South Garda Karting: five obtained in the Finals and eight in the overall classification, including four Champion titles and two Vice-Champion titles. The Kart Republic factory congratulates the drivers, teams and engine builders for these brilliant successes.

Due to a bug in the operating system of the final classifications, Bosco Arias gains the 6 points he did not receive in Franciacorta and is the new OKJ Champion.      

In 2025, the Modena Kart Racing Team proved competitive in all the championships in which it competed, including the recent WSK Final Cup. In each of the three events, at least one of the team's drivers managed to finish on the podium in the OK-N Junior category. After Nojus Stasionis in Franciacorta and Ruzgar Evci in Cremona, Federico Mirabella put in a high-quality performance in Lonato at the wheel of his Parolin/TM Kart. Winner of the Super Heat, he managed to reach the third step of the podium. In the overall standings, Modena Kart Racing Team placed three drivers in the top eight, including Stasionis in a magnificent 3rd position.

The final round of the 2025 WSK Final Cup took place in Lonato in bitterly cold conditions, with temperatures hovering below six degrees and Friday's Qualifying sessions disrupted by a wet track. Despite these hostile conditions, Birelart once again delivered in all categories. Cristian Bertuca ended his season on a high note with another victory in KZ2, securing the overall title.
