After a year-long break, the German Kart Championship was back in Ampfing. Best conditions and attractive races made for a great season ending. The Championship trophies went to Niels Tröger (DKM), Akshay Bohra (DJKM), Senna Van Walstijn (DSKM) and Jakob Bergmeister (DSKC).

Mülsen. The German Kart Championship's premiere at the Motorsports Arena Mülsen was a huge success. Drivers from more than 20 nations started and showed high-class kart racing. There were nine different winners in thrilling races – the title fights are getting even closer right before the final.

Genk. Last weekend, the half-time event of the German Kart Championship took place. 130 drivers started at this year's only event abroad in Belgian Genk. Especially on Sunday, the weather caused a lot of excitement. In the end, there were ten different winners among the five grade series.

In the final act of the WSK Super Master Series 2021, the OTK Kart Group engines gains two podiums in the OK and OKJ classes, other than several fast laps to add to its final outcome.

At the end of the spectacular Finals, the Frenchman Jeremy Iglesias was crowned FIA Karting World Champion - KZ. The Italian Simone Cunati won the FIA Karting International Super Cup - KZ2 and the Israel's Ariel Elkin won the FIA Karting Academy Trophy Final, while the American Connor Zilisch won the Trophy.

Impacted by the COVID-19 pandemic, 2020 will bring the Lonato venue back to the forefront of international competition for the second time in a row. After the withdrawal of Le Mans, the South Garda Karting circuit has been asked to host the FIA Karting World Championship - KZ, the FIA Karting International Super Cup - KZ2 and the third competition of the FIA Karting Academy Trophy from 2nd to 4th October.

In perfect weather conditions, the last day of the Genk competition offered a high quality show to the fans of close racing from all over the world. The FIA Karting competition in Genk started this Friday afternoon, 4th September, with the Qualifying Practice for the second round of the FIA Karting European Championship - KZ & KZ2 and the FIA Karting Academy Trophy. The health constraints in force in Belgium concerning the Covid-19 required the implementation of a very strict protocol, which made it hard for a significant number of drivers to reach the Genk venue. Sweden's Noah Millel and Viktor Gustavsson were the fastest in KZ and KZ2 respectively, while Belgium's Tom Braeken was the Academy pole position holder.

While the Coronavirus is still active in several regions of the world, Belgium has adopted additional health control measures to prevent further infection. These will be applied in conjunction with the FIA guidelines during the FIA Karting Competition, which will take place as planned from 3rd to 6th September at the Genk "Home of Champions" circuit.

The first Competition of the FIA European Karting Championship - KZ & KZ2 and the FIA Karting Academy Trophy concluded on the circuit of Adria (ITA) after an excellent day of racing. In sunny and warm weather, the last Qualifying Heats preceded the three Finals on Sunday 16th August 2020. The Swedish Driver Gustavsson dominated the KZ2 Final just as the young American Zilisch mastered the Academy Final. The outcome was more uncertain in KZ before the Italian Irlando secured victory after leading for the entire race.

The Adria Karting Raceway hosts the first Competition of the FIA European Karting Championship - KZ & KZ2, as well as the FIA Karting Academy Trophy from 13th to 16th August. The Competition promises to be a tough one on the 1302 m Italian track, known to be demanding for Drivers, equipment and tyres in any circumstances.

The weather was beautiful on Saturday, 15th August on the Adria circuit for a hot day dedicated to most of the Qualifying Heats for the first Competition of the FIA Karting European Championship - KZ & KZ2 and the FIA Karting Academy Trophy. The Finn Simo Puhakka dominated KZ with two victories, while Jonathan Weywadt (DNK) and Connor Zilisch (USA) shared the lead in the Academy standings. Four Drivers stood out in KZ2: Danilo Albanese (ITA), Viktor Gustavsson (SWE), Simone Cunati (ITA) and Paavo Tonteri (FIN).
