Munich. The Road to DTM youth development program will be realigned within the German Kart Championship (DKM) for the 2026 season. Going forward, the program will be fully anchored in the OK-N category. As a result, the champion of this class will receive the entry fee for the BMW M2 Cup or ADAC GT4 Germany in the following season, providing a clear opportunity to take the next step toward professional motorsport.

F1 Academy has announced Esmee Kosterman as the Wild Card entry for Round 5 of the season at Circuit Zandvoort, representing TeamViewer, the global leader in remote connectivity and digital workplace solutions. The 20-year-old Dutch driver will debut with F1 Academy in a special edition livery that highlights innovators and changemakers driving progress – on and off the track.

The highest German Kart series DKM is about to start. In three weeks, the starting signal will be given in the modern Arena E in Mülsen. Once again, a lot of action with an attractive program awaits the participants. Registration is even possible after the start of the season. The Mini 60 will also be taking part for the first time, with up to €70,000 in prize money in the team championship.

Carrie Schreiner, one of the quickest female drivers in German motorsport, is set to join the BMW M2 Cup series for the 2021 season. The Schaeffler brand ambassador will drive the green-and-white BMW M2 CS Racing machine in six of the twelve races. Schreiner was full of praise for the car after her first few laps behind the wheel.
