After the heats, the lead is held by Van Walstijn (KZ2), Forè (KZ2 Masters), Perico (MINI U10), Pilipenco (MINI Gr.3), Manni (OKNJ) and Marchesi (OKN). The final stages with Live Streaming coverage will be on Sunday, April 7th.

The new Champions of the future Academy Program series by RGMMC, launched between the 20th and 22nd of November at the kart circuit of the Al Forsan International Sports Resort in Abu Dhabi, UAE. As an exciting change to the traditional weekend format the event took place between Monday and Wednesday just before, and only a few kilometers distance from the final round of Formula1 even, facilitated F1 Academy members and junior scouts to be present and keep an eye for new talents. In addition, it allowed the karting drivers and contributors to continue their week with a visit to the Formula1 race.

The WSK Final Cup is gearing up to end the season with another strong participation in the two rounds to be held on November 19th in Lonato and November 26th in Franciacorta.

Both in the dry conditions of Franciacorta at the beginning of September, as well as with the rain tyres used at Sarno two months later, the KR chassis constantly proved its worth. Its effectiveness enabled its drivers to shine in all categories. In total, the KR-IAME packages won five of the six Finals at Sarno. The 42 Qualifying Heats contested since Friday afternoon have resulted in a drastic selection among the participants in the Mondokart.com FIA Karting World Championship - OK and Junior at Franciacorta. On Saturday evening, Christian Costoya (ESP) maintained his lead in the OK-Junior category, while Kean Nakamura-Berta (JPN) took the lead in OK.

The tension was already high at Franciacorta on Friday morning during Qualifying Practice for the Mondokart.com FIA Karting World Championship - OK & Junior. There had already been a number of surprises, with new names coming to the fore and some top drivers performing relatively poorly. Apparently, it wasn't easy to get the right setup during Qualifying. While the pole position for Spaniard Christian Costoya (ESP) in OK-Junior was in line with expectations, that of Estonian Mark Dubnitski in OK was more surprising.

The first and highly anticipated international event for the two new categories, OK-N and OK-N Junior, will take place from October 4th to October 8th, 2023 as support races to the FIA Karting World Championship at the Franciacorta Karting Track.
