The Viterbo round of the 2026 WSK Super Master Series represents the championship's halfway mark and promises to be a crucial stage. The first round of the 2026 WSK Euro Series took place from 11th to 14th February at the Leopard Circuit in Viterbo, Italy. Marked by extreme weather conditions, alternating between heavy rain, sunny spells and variable temperatures, this event highlighted the technical versatility of the chassis and the responsiveness of the teams. In a tight field, the Sodi Racing Team and CPB Sport were able to make the most of every opportunity over the weekend, confirming their solid performance level and consistent presence at the forefront of KZ2.

The first round of the WSK Euro Series at the Leopard Circuit Viterbo went to Van Werven (KZ2), Firhand (OK), Orlando (OKJ), Miras (U10), Mair (MINI Gr.3), Schniegenberg (OKNJ), and Lamberto Ferrari (OK-N).

The front runners after qualifying heats are: Orlov (KZ2), Firhand (OK), Gorski (OKJ), Miras (U10), Mair (MINI Gr.3), Schniegenberg and Nanni (OKNJ), Giudice (OK-N). The final stages on Saturday, February 14th, will be available via TV Live Streaming.

After a historic 2025 season, marked by Senna Van Walstijn's double world title in KZ, Maksim Orlov's KZ2 World Cup title, the European Championship titles and the FIA Karting team crowns, the Sodi Racing Team approached the 2026 season with the ambition of maintaining this level of excellence. On the selective La Conca track in Italy, for the kick-off of the WSK Super Master Series, the French manufacturer and its partner CPB Sport returned to competition. This first international event immediately confirmed the competitiveness of Sodi equipment, both in terms of confirming its achievements in KZ2 and in the promising development of the Mini categories.

The winners of the first round at the International Circuit La Conca are El Gahoudi (MINI Gr.3), Burgess (MINI U10), Perico (OK-NJ), Pizzonia (OKJ), Krutogolov (OK) and Orlov (KZ2).

Wet qualifying practice produced some surprising results at the start of the third and closing round of the WSK Final Cup.      

The finals of the first of the three events of the WSK Final Cup were won by Godschalk (MINI U10), Gorun (MINI Gr.3), Marchesi (OK-N), Palacio (OK-NJ), Baglin (OKJ), Pesl (OK) and Bertuca (KZ2).      

Following their success in the FIA Karting European Championships and WSK, Sodi chassis have just been crowned Champions of the Future Shifter in both the KZ and KZ2 categories. With one week to go before the World Championship, Senna Van Walstijn made a strong impression in KZ against tough competition on the Italian circuit of Franciacorta, winning the overall series classification ahead of his team-mate Jean Nomblot.

Nearly 200 drivers competed at Pro Kart Raceland, battling under blazing sunshine and temperatures reaching 30°C for the final championship points.
