The Mondokart.com - FIA Karting World Championship - OK & Junior got underway late on Friday morning with Qualifying Practice. The 4th and final round of the FIA Karting European Championship - OK & Junior will take place from 1st to 4th August on the Kristianstad circuit, in Sweden. For Gabriel Gomez the title race will be an almost fool's errand, with 71 points to recover from his direct opponent Joe Turney, currently leader of the Championship with 234 points.

It was a very positive weekend for the official Kalì Kart team the one held on the Naples international track in Sarno, where Round 4 of the Italian Karting Championship took place. Cristian Blandino took 2 wins, winning both Race 1 in the morning and Race 2 in the afternoon, thus taking the lead of the Championship with 222 points, 27 more than the 2nd in the ranking.

On the occasion of the fourth round of the Champions of the Future Euro Series at Kristianstad, their Tony Kart Racer 401 RR finishes third in the OKJ category final, thanks to the performance of Scott Marsh.

The KR chassis' stranglehold on the OK category continues in the highly competitive Champions of the Future Euro Series. After the season-opening one-two in Valencia, the Italian brand has now taken three consecutive one-twos in Val d'Argenton, Slovakia and Kristianstad.
