IAME Euro Series Round 3 Preview: Forkes, Endacott and a deadlocked Senior head to Wackersdorf

Franciacorta confirmed the halfway point of the IAME Euro Series, but this week marks a new challenge, one that will dive deeper into the title fights and the race for drivers to become part of IAME royalty.

This weekend, drivers across the X30 Mini, Junior and Senior classes will all flock to the Bavaria district in Germany, to the circuit of Wackersdorf, a much-loved track across international karting, favoured by drivers and one that tests the technical ability of drivers. Also known as Prokart Raceland, Wackersdorf hosts 1160 metres of smooth asphalt and 11 corners that reward drivers with a calm driving style, especially in conditions that are predicted to be a challenge in themselves. Heat is the only word required.

Post-Franciacorta, which varies in circuit style wildly from Prokart Raceland, the mindset would not have changed for the three final winners, Chester Forkes, Max Endacott and Freddie Lloyd. But something could have changed for the likes of Javier Broasca, who is the only class standings leader that did not win a final at Franciacorta, nor has he won a final at all yet in the 2026 campaign, despite being tied on points with Aaron Garcia.

Mini: Forkes leads, but challengers are building

The 2026 protagonists for the top spots have included Chester Forkes, who currently leads the fight at the front, as well as Ilyas Sami, who took the first final of the year at the opening weekend in Zuera. Since then, others have almost interrupted the strong runs of both Sami and Forkes in the form of Mayson Hibbert and Alfie Davidson. Hibbert will probably feel like he has some unfinished business to tend to in Wackersdorf after finishing just outside the top 10 last year when the circuit appeared on the calendar.

Junior: Endacott holds the throne as pressure builds

Much like in Mini, the standings leader is also the Round 2 winner, with Endacott, the 2025 IAME Warrior Final winner, holding onto the throne for now. Ivan Gonzalez, however, does not sit a million miles away, with only 15 points separating him and Endacott, while 26 separate Max from George Clarke, who currently sits P3. Gonzalez and Endacott have been the two final winners so far this year, so this weekend, either somebody will look to double up, or they could both potentially lose out.

Names that could stop both in their tracks include Sukhmani Khera, who is yet to drop outside of the top four in a final, or maybe even a completely new face like Vsevolod Osadchyi-Suslovskyi, who looks set to make a guest appearance. Then there is also the highly anticipated arrival of Daniel Miron, who will almost definitely be one to test the rest of the field after a stellar year so far across various competitions.

Senior: Broasca and Garcia set for a showdown

Senior is where the thrill of the week in Germany could really be heightened, with the standings currently being led by a driver who is yet to take a final win, because those honours currently belong to Danny Carenini and Freddie Lloyd. However, the suspect, Javier Broasca, is currently tied on points with Aaron Garcia, meaning the two Spaniards will most definitely go to battle this weekend to both try and claim a win, while also separating themselves in the standings from the other protagonists.

The heat is on in Bavaria

With free practice now complete on Wednesday’s opening day of the event, each class continues to stare through the visors at each other to understand who the names to keep an eye on are going to be. To keep your eye on the action, tune into live coverage on Friday and Saturday on the IAME Euro Series YouTube channel. Round 3 is alive.
