The fourth round of the Champions of the Future Euro Series continued at Kristianstad on Friday with a full programme of Qualifying Heats. Leonardo Gorski emerged at the head of the OK-Junior classification after recording four victories, while Benjamin Manach retained the advantage in OK despite strong challenges from Henry Domain and Filippo Sala.
Four Wins Put Gorski on Top in OK Junior
Leonardo Gorski produced the strongest overall performance in OK Junior, winning four of his five Qualifying Heats to finish the day at the top of the intermediate classification.
Gorski accumulated 230 points, giving him a four-point advantage over Zack Zhu. Zhu recorded one victory and finished the heats with 226 points, while Teo Pelfrene claimed two wins on his way to third place with 219.
Matvei Dergunov recovered from 30th in Qualifying Practice to finish 17th in the intermediate classification, recording a heat victory along the way. Troy Ferguson also took a win and completed the day in 11th position. Gorski will start Super Heat 1 from pole position, with Zhu leading the field away in Super Heat 2.

Manach Retains the Advantage in OK
Benjamin Manach remained at the head of the OK classification after winning three of his five Qualifying Heats. His total of 238 points leaves him three clear of Henry Domain, who also recorded three victories.
Filippo Sala added a heat win to his weekend and completed Friday in third position with 204 points. Asher Ochstein also claimed a victory and moved into fourth place in the intermediate classification, ahead of Jakub Kamenik and Noah Baglin.
William Calleja won one heat and finished the day 12th overall, while Marco Garst recovered from a difficult result earlier in the programme to win his final heat and qualify 26th. Louis Baziret made significant progress from 62nd in Qualifying Practice to 40th after the heats, while Antonio Cocchianella completed the day in 49th position. Manach will start Super Heat 1 from pole, with Domain at the front of Super Heat 2.
