Chris Dittmann Racing has confirmed that Ayrton Simmons will return to the team for the 2021 BRDC British F3 season. Simmons is CDR’s most successful driver in the category, taking five wins and an additional seven podiums, as well as five pole positions with the Tewkesbury-based team.

Dutch-Spanish driver Maya Weug is 16 years old and having triumphed in last year’s “FIA Girls on Track – Rising Stars” programme, has become the first girl to join the prestigious Ferrari Driver Academy.

Valtteri Bottas is selling his own Mercedes AMG GT S in Finland. The Formula One driver posted pictures of the car on his Twitter. The three-year-old Mercedes has 522 hp and a top speed of 310 km/h. Bottas promises on Twitter he will personally hand over the car and you can also challenge him in go-karts at the Valtteri Bottas Racepark in Lahti. To buy the car you only have to pay 190.000 euro.

PREMA Racing's Dennis Hauger dominated race 3 at Circuit de Barcelona-Catalunya today as he led from pole to win with a comfortable margin. The 18-year-old Red Bull Junior driver drove away in the distance and solidified his points score with the fastest lap.
 

It has been an up-and-down weekend for PREMA Powerteam in the second round of the Formula Regional European Championship by Alpine at Barcelona. Sharing Circuit de Barcelona-Catalunya with Formula One this weekend, the team couldn't maximise qualifying, and that led to a troubled run in the races, with Paul Aron salvaging a podium finish in race 1 and P4 in race 2. The Estonian really made the most out of his package, fighting with an extremely solid approach.

PREMA Racing opened its 2021 FIA Formula 3 season with a win at Circuit de Barcelona-Catalunya. Lining up for the two reverse-grid races held on Saturday, Olli Caldwell navigated the pack to perfection to secure his first win in the series in race 2 coming from a solid sixth place in race 1. Starting from P7 in race 2, the British racer quickly improved his position. While in P5, he made the most out of two contacts ahead and boldly held onto the lead throughout the closing stages.
 

Grégoire Saucy (ART Grand Prix) wins, as predictable after the amazing pace all day yesterday, race 1 on the Circuit de Barcelona Catalunya. Behind him his teammate Gabriele Minì, first among the Rookies, a good Paul Aron, gaining one position from 4th on the grid to 3rd. Fourth is Alex Quinn (Arden Motorsport), fifth is Mari Boya (Van Amersfoort Racing), losing 2 positions, and sixth William Alatalo (Arden Motorsport).

The Danish MP Motorsport driver took the advantage of the restart after the first safety car to take the lead after a double overtake that allowed him the victory. Dilano Van’t Hoff, who finished second, is the first leader of the F4 Spanish championship.

The Dutch rider Dilano van 't Hoff took the first two wins of the season with a strong pace in both races. Daniel Macia and Pep Martí were the Spanish presence on the podium in the first and second races respectively.

Chris Dittmann Racing has confirmed that Max Marzorati will remain with the team for this year’s BRDC British F3 Championship.

The starters in the ADAC Formula 4 have completed some very intensive test days as they prepare for the upcoming season. The fastest driver during testing was Oliver Bearman (15, Great Britain, Van Amersfoort Racing), who finished top in two of the six sessions.

Ralf Schumacher and his team are back for another crack, drivers from Formula 1 world champion Nico Rosberg’s academy are joining the field, Van Amersfoort Racing lines up with no fewer than five drivers, and the son of former Formula 1 driver Juan Pablo Montoya takes his place on the grid again: the stage is set for a thrilling seventh season in ADAC Formula 4. 
 

Reece Ushijima will contest his second season in the BRDC British Formula 3 Championship in 2021. He remains with Hitech GP, the team with which he made his debut in the series last year.
