Category KZ2 completed its round of qualifying heats and the Dutch driver Bas Lammers (above, Sodi Kart-TM-Bridgestone) secured two wins today. The Italian Giuseppe Palomba (Croc-TM) managed to keep his pace and the top three finishes he obtained placed him in the second place of the classification. Lammers will start Prefinal A from the pole position as the French Adrien Renaudin (Sodikart-TM) will start next to him. The latter posted the quickest time in qualifying practice yesterday and won one heat today. Palomba will begin Prefinal B from the pole position with Francesco Celenta (Praga-Iame), who scored three P3s today, set to start next to him.

The Italian Andrea Kimi Antonelli (KR-Iame) put his name forward for the victory securing two wins and ending second in the provisional classification. Prefinal A’s pole position went to Bedrin, who will get away with the Spanish Josep Martì (Tony Kart-Vortex), winner of one heat, set to start in second place. Antonelli will start Prefinal B from the pole position and will have the British driver Jamie Day (Exprit-Vortex) next to him, as the latter also won one heat. Provisional classification leader from Brazil Rafael Camara (BirelArt-TM) had a tough day instead and will start Prefinal B from the 12th row of the grid.
