The results of the first heats of WSK Super Cup in Franciacorta

The first protagonists have been named in the qualifying heats of the event that is also valid for the Italian KZN Championship and National Trophy MINI, OKN, OKNJ.

The first track day on Friday has been devoted to qualifying practice and to the initial heats.

MINI Gr.3 – Victories to Stigsen and Miron.
In the first A-B heat of MINI Gr.3, the Mexican driver Santiago Diaz de la Vega (#524 BabyRace/Parolin-Iame-Vega) lost the victory after a 3-second penalty, handing the win to the Danish driver Matteis Stigsen (#542 CRG Racing Team/TGroup-TM Kart). The Polish driver Leonardo Gorski (#532 Tony Kart Racing Team/Tony Kart-Vortex) came in second after a strong recovery, and Gioele Girardello (#570 Parolin Motorsport/Parolin-TM Kart) finished third. The pole-sitter Giuseppe Noviello (#551 Gamoto/EKS-TM Kart) was forced to settle for eighth place. In the C-D heat, the Spanish driver Daniel Miron Lorente (#508 Team Driver/KR-Iame) took the lead, winning ahead of Manuel Martufi (#521 BabyRace/Parolin-Iame) and the Indonesian driver Oliveri Sini (#534 Tony Kart Racing Team/Tony Kart-Vortex).
 

MINI Gr.3 U10 - Ianni and Gorun win the first heats.
The pole-sitter Antonio Ianni (#539 CRG Racing Team/TGroup-TM Kart-Vega) confirmed his speed in the first A-B heat by winning ahead of the Dutch driver Senn Lindeman (#575 BirelART Racing/BirelART-TM Kart) and David Moscardi (#506 Team Driver/KR-Iame). In the C-D heat, the Romanian Victor Thomas Gorun (#566 Real Racing/Tony Kart-Vortex) surprised everyone by making a comeback to win over the two Energy Corse drivers, the Estonian Mark Loomets and Niccolò Perico.



 

OK-N - Canonica wins from pole.
The Swiss driver Christian Canonica (#210 KGT Motorsport/Tony Kart-TM Kart-Vega) remained competitive in the OKN category, winning the first heat after also topping the qualifying sessions. Second place went to Nicolas Marchesi (#219 Team Driver/KR-Iame), who had been just 0.063s behind in qualifying. Lamberto Ferrari (#202 FK Motorsport/IPK-Modena Engines) finished third, ahead of Antonio Apicella (#205 GSR Team/LN-Iame) and the impressive Erika Lavazza (#212 Gamoto/Tony Kart-TM Kart).
 

OK-N Junior - Berezkin wins the duel with Viapiana.
Ilia Berezkin (#308 Monster K Factory/CRG-TM Kart-Vega) secured the win in the OKNJ heat, finishing ahead of Valerio Viapiana (#309 Team Driver/KR-Iame), who had taken pole position in qualifying, beating Berezkin by just 0.008s. The Swedish driver Sebastian Eskandari-Marandi (#313 Ward Racing/Tony Kart-Vortex) finished third, followed by two other key contenders in the category, Giacomo Giusto (#306 Modena Kart/Parolin-TM Kart) and Nicola Stanley (#329 Gamoto/Tony Kart-TM Kart).
 

KZN Under - Piccioni and Cavina share the victory.
Antonio Piccioni (#23 TK Racing Kart/TK-TM Kart-Vega) recovered from third place in qualifying in Session-1 of KZN Under to win the first A-B heat. The pole-sitter Filippo Calligaris (#11 Erre Esse/Parolin-TM Kart) and Simone Ragno (#28 Tony Kart-TM Kart) finished in second and third place after practically tying in qualifying, separated by just 0.002s. In the C-D heat, Alessandro Cavina (#24 Intrepid Driver/Intrepid-TM Kart) took the win ahead of Andrea Pastorino (#44 BirelART-TM Kart) and Gian Marco Loddo (#42 CRG-TM Kart).
 


KZN Over - Tonoli is uncatchable in the first heat.
Andrea Tonoli (#115 TecTav/Drago-TM Kart-Vega), after dominating in qualifying, proved unbeatable in the first qualifying heat as well, with Andrea Spagni (#110 KCS/BirelART-TM Kart) finishing second, right on Tonoli's tail at the finish line. Roger Ricco (#113 BirelART-TM Kart) finished third, followed by Tonoli's teammate Sebastiano De Matteo in fourth, and Fabio Ferretti (#107 TK-TM Kart) in fifth.  
 

KZN Over 50 - Alacqua takes the pole and wins the first heat.
The pole-sitter Ferruccio Alacqua (#173 AMC/Maranello-TM Kart-Vega) won the KZN Over 50 heat, ahead of Marco Tessarolo (#171 CRG-TM Kart) and Enzo Pirovano (#161 AMC/Drago Corse-TM Kart). Fourth place went to Maurizio Giberti (#184 Maranello-TM Kart), while Paolo Gagliardini (#165 Kalì Kart-TM Kart) finished fifth after losing three positions.
 

KZN Rookie - Antonello leads Zallocco and Raineri.
In the KZN Rookie heat, Andrea Antonello (#62 Erre Esse/Parolin-TM Kart-Vega) claimed victory ahead of Alessandro Zallocco (#60 BirelART-TM Kart-Vega), while the pole-sitter Denny Raineri (#66 Exprit-TM Kart) finished in third place. Cristian Creati (#67 Intrepid Driver/Intrepid-TM Kart) came in fourth, while Andrea Giagnorio (#69 BirelART-TM Kart) finished fifth.



 

The program of Saturday and Sunday

On Saturday, September 7th, after the completion of the heats, all the Prefinals will take place from 16:05 to around 19:10.

The Finals on Sunday, September 8th, now have the following new schedule:
