Round Six action contested at K1 Circuit for last event of season for Superkarts! USA regional program

TEMECULA, CA – The 2025 season concluded for the ProKart Challenge following the action on October 11-12 at the K1 Circuit. The Winchester, California, facility welcomed the Superkarts! USA regional program to close out its 21st season. A total of 161 entries battled around the 1.1-mile ‘Pro Track’ course for the sixth and final round of the 2025 championship.

The Formula Works KA100 Senior class featured a field of 41 drivers. Archer Eversman claimed his first top qualifier honor of the season, laying down a 1:03.510 lap. The session was so close that the top seven were within 72 thousandths, while the top 34 drivers were all within four tenths. Eversman led the first four laps of the Prefinal before Frankie Mossman took a turn – until Jake Drew advanced his way forward, taking the win. The 18-lap Final began with Drew leading the first lap before five-time race winner Keagan Kaminski worked his way up from qualifying outside the top 30 and into the lead by lap two. He led four laps before Drew returned back to the point. While Drew led, contact on lap 13 between Kaminski and Calvo took them out of the race, promoting Mossman and Shea Aldrich as the top challengers. Two laps later, Aldrich went from third to first. Leading the final two laps, Aldrich held on through the final corners to claim his first victory of the season. Jackson Menchu and Gavin McCune were able to slip by Mossman for second and third on the podium. Gerardo Peralta finished fifth for a best finish on the season.

A total of 26 drivers battled in the SuperSpeed Bearings KA100 Junior class. Alejandro Gonzalez came away with the fast time in qualifying, clearing the field by three tenths of a second with a 1:02.954. The top three qualifiers, including Daniel Ramirez and Round Two winner Sebastian Hauser, battled through the nine-lap Prefinal. Hauser came away with the win while Gonzalez was second, penalized for contact and then went across the scales underweight. That promoted Diesel Biezonsky to second and Ramirez to third. Hauser led the first seven laps of the Final before Biezonsky took a turn. Two laps later, Hauser returned to the lead and led to the white flag. On the final circuit, Bronson Koustas went from third to first, taking the checkered flag to claim his first win and podium of the season. Wes Witt was second, claiming his first podium of the year, while Hauser slipped to third. Biezonsky ended up fourth with two-time winner Matthew Cagle in fifth.
