The Final of the WSK Euro Series will take place at the Cremona Circuit after the victories in Viterbo’s round one claimed by Costoya (OK), Domain (OKJ), Scognamiglio (OK-N), Xie (OK-NJ), Hedfors (MINI Gr.3) and Godschalk (MINI U10).
The second round of the WSK Euro Series is gearing up to start at the Cremona Circuit, with an excellent turnout of drivers for the decisive event that will award titles in the OK, OKJ, OK-N, OK-N Junior, MINI Gr.3 and MINI U10 categories.
Over 250 drivers are expected at Cremona from July 1st to 5th for this central summer event, ready to mark another great success for this international karting series, made famous over the years also thanks to the battles engaged by many young talents, including some future protagonists of today's Formula 1.
The winners of the first round in Viterbo.
In the first round on May 17th held at the Leopard Circuit Viterbo, with drivers from 50 nations and the most qualified international teams, the winners at the end of a particularly intense weekend were: in OK, the Spaniard Christian Costoya with Parolin Motorsport on Parolin-TM Kart-LeCont; in OKJ, the Briton Domain Henry with Forza Racing on Exprit-TM Kart-Vega; in OK-N, the Italian Manuel Scognamiglio with the Tellone Motorsport team on Tony Kart-Iame-Vega; in OK-NJ, the Chinese Huifei Xie who claimed his maiden win in a WSK event with Team Driver on KR-Iame-Vega; in MINI Gr.3, the Swede Elton Hedfors with the Parolin Motorsport team on Parolin-TM-Kart-Vega; in MINI U10, the Caribbean Wynn Godschalk, racing with the Kidix team on KR-Iame-Vega.
The final day on Saturday, July 5th.
The trophies of the 2025 edition will be awarded on the final day of Saturday, July 5th. This round will enrich the already prestigious Hall of Honour, inaugurated in 2010 by champions like Max Verstappen, when, on his WSK debut, he won in the KF3 youth category. Among the drivers in the WSK Euro Series palmares, prominent names include Lando Norris, Charles Leclerc, and Andrea Kimi Antonelli.
Points in the final phase in Cremona.
In the second round in Cremona, the scoring scheme, as usual, will be higher than that of the first round in Viterbo. The winner of the Cremona heats will be awarded 13 points (instead of 11) and the others decreasing scores, in the Prefinal 60 points (instead of 40), and in the Final 80 points (instead of 60). One more reason to make this event even more exciting.
