TOYOTA GAZOO Racing fell narrowly short of an unforgettable Le Mans 24 Hours victory after an epic battle in changing conditions delivered a hard-earned podium in the 92nd edition of the legendary event, the fourth round of the 2024 FIA World Endurance Championship (WEC). Former karting-star Nyck de Vries and his teammates José María López and Kamui Kobayashi took a podium in the 24H of Le Mans.

Freddie Slater completed his sweep at Vallelunga by winning all three races of the third round of the Italian F.4 Championship. In the last race of the weekend, the British driver from Prema Racing started from P2 and took the lead by the end of the straight. From there, he resisted Alex Powell's attempts to reclaim the first position, maintaining a firm grip on the lead until the end, even handling multiple restarts behind the Safety Car without issues.

Race 2 of the Italian F.4 Championship took place in the morning at the Piero Taruffi Circuit in Vallelunga, starting at 9:00. After 30 minutes + 1 lap, Freddie Slater emerged victorious once again. This morning, the British driver from Prema Racing started from pole position and led an impeccable race, crossing the finish line with over a 5-second lead on the second position, with the advantage accumulated through a series of fastest laps.

MotorSport Vision (MSV) has revealed the new Tatuus MSV GB3-025 car which will be raced in its GB3 Championship from the 2025 season and beyond. This latest single-seater from the renowned Italian constructor is aimed at building on the existing car’s great reputation and elevate GB3 to become the most compelling choice of series for drivers of FIA F4 level to develop and prove their talent on their path to FIA F3, F2 and ultimately F1.

The results and standings of Zandvoort Race 2 were initially provisional, pending further technical inspections of car number 15 (Brando Badoer) at the constructor’s facility.

The third round of the GB3 Championship, the continuation of the former British F3 Series, took place on the majestic Spa-Francorchamps circuit. In this environment as competitive as it is international, Laval resident Arthur Rogeon faced up to the quirks of technology and the mid-field in Belgium. Despite these obstacles which hampered his progress, he did the best he could in terms of results culminating with 8th place in race 3.

The Zandvoort weekend will remain etched in the memory of fans and drivers of the Formula Regional European Championship by Alpine, who received a warm embrace from the crowd that filled the stands and paddock of the Dutch circuit.
 

The first race of the Formula Regional European Championship by Alpine at Zandvoort took place under heavy rain, which began falling just before the cars lined up on the track. The iconic and fascinating Dutch circuit, which allows no room for error, witnessed Tuukka Taponen (R-ace GP) celebrating his first victory in the series on the podium today.

Alessandro Giusti thrilled the Zandvoort crowd by setting the fastest time in the second Collective Test. The Williams Academy driver posted a top time of 1’31″110, placing the ART Grand Prix team’s car at the forefront in the final moments of the session.

The Formula Regional European Championship by Alpine was under the spotlight this morning at Zandvoort with the first Collective Test of the event. With sunny weather and a dry track, it was Rafael Camara (Prema Racing) who set the fastest time of the session, clocking in at a remarkable 1’30”985.

In the most difficult category of international karting, the one in which many great drivers have made their name, the 15-year-old Romanian hopeful was rewarded for his efforts with a first podium finish. During the third round of the Champions of the Future Euro Series on the difficult Slovakia Ring circuit, David Cosma Cristofor improved by 11 places in 23 laps to take a particularly rewarding 3rd place at the end of the final.

The stage is set for the third of ten double-header events this season in the Formula Regional European Championship by Alpine, taking place this weekend at the Zandvoort circuit, which also hosts the Dutch Formula 1 Grand Prix. This prestigious venue is among the highlights of the season, as the international series will be competing during one of the main DTM events, historically drawing a large number of enthusiasts to the stands of the track located on the shores of the North Sea.

Hitech Pulse-Eight’s Will Macintyre won a chaotic final GB3 Championship race of the weekend at Spa-Francorchamps. In an incident-packed event finale, the Brit steered clear of trouble to take his third win of the year ahead of teammate Gerrard Xie and VRD Racing by Arden’s Noah Ping.

Hitech Pulse-Eight’s Tymek Kucharcyk claimed two wins at Spa-Francorchamps on Saturday, to ignite the battle at the top of the GB3 Championship standings. The Polish driver proved unbeatable in both wet and dry conditions, winning the first from pole by 1.8 seconds and then battled past JHR’s John Bennett in improved conditions in the second.

The second day of the ACI Racing Weekend in Imola opened with Race 2 of the Italian F.4 Championship, the first race on track in the morning. Hiyu Yamakoshi, the Japanese driver for Van Amersfoort Racing, started from pole position and maintained control until the checkered flag. The Japanese driver was unstoppable, showcasing an exhilarating pace. No issues arose even during the race restart on the last lap after a stop caused by a collision between Jan Koller (BVM Racing) and Oleksandr Savinkov (AKM Motorsport) at Tamburello.
