The Formula Regional European Championship by Alpine fired up its engines this morning at Hockenheim, the circuit hosting the last Pre Season Collective Test of the year. On the German track, 33 cars took to the wet and variable weather conditions, with rain falling until just before the session began, leaving the track wet in places and causing some drivers to go off track, leading to a series of red flags.

Famous for its thermal waters, the Belgian town of Spa was drenched from 18th to 20th of April as the eagerly-awaited opening of the 2024 Eurocup-3 Championship took place on the Spa-Francorchamps circuit. Swiss driver Dario Cabanelas Altukhov has joined MP Motorsport as the team’s fifth and final signing for its burgeoning 2024 Eurocup-3 programme. It will be the 17-year-old’s first full year in the series as he aims to build on his experience gained in the final three rounds of the 2023 season.
