Kartmesse Offenbach am Main: summary of the organizer - 27th IKA-KART2000
Number of visitors constant but redistributed. Turnovers at least satisfactory - even up very well.
Throughout, our exhibitors were satisfied with their sales - in part even very satisfied! The number of visitors left to be desired on the early Saturday, but at lunchtime it was really full in all halls - Sunday brought about 11 o'clock a clear upward movement in the numbers of visitors. The arrival of visitors has shifted significantly in the last few years to later time of the day.
Unfortunately, the number of licensed kart racers in Germany has been falling for years. You and we notice that with the KART2000 quite clearly. What is new, however, is the increase in recreational kart drivers who are looking for specially tailored offers. But the number of visitors from abroad is increasing, and that of the trade visitors from the rental area is constantly growing. The buying public was there.
The international trade press reports in agreement with our assessment - which is proof of our observations. The large number of new bookings for 2020 is good proof! Unfortunately, there were some breakdowns that we will “repair” for the 28.IKA-KART2000: The waiting times in the big restaurant were impossible! As well the noise, from a stand in Hall A4. And the breakdown with the too early door opening in the halls A3 and A4 on Sunday was also avoidable. Our promise: We will respond to it!
Our conclusion, probably together with you: The 27.IKA-KART2000 was successful again! She lived up to her claim as the world's premier exhibition for karting. The number of providers from abroad increased further in 2019.
So, up on to new shores: The 28th IKA-KART2000 will start on the 25th and 26th of January 2020 in the Offenbach fair halls!
