The 2026 Rotax MAX Challenge Euro Trophy heads to its second round at the Prokart Raceland Wackersdorf, with over 200 drivers entered and another highly competitive weekend in prospect.

With 20 days to go until the opening round of the 2026 Rotax MAX Challenge Euro Trophy, the event continues to gather momentum, with the number of registered drivers now reaching 220 entries ahead of the Italian round at the Cremona Circuit.

After the positive response of the Rotax MAX Challenge Winter Cup in Campillos earlier in January, attention now turns to the opening round of the 2026 Rotax MAX Challenge Euro Trophy, where a highly competitive field of around 200 drivers is expected to line up for the first major RMC Euro Trophy event of the season.

BRP-Rotax, in cooperation with Authorised Rotax Distributor Kart-Shop Italia, announces the first Rotax Electric Kart Cup Italy 2025 as a feature category on the weekend of August 30th - 31st at the Circuito Internazionale di Napoli. Joining the RMC Grand Festival for the youngest racers, which travels to Italy this year to combine with the local southern championship, it’s also just a week before the closing round of the RMC Euro Trophy. Registration is now open for the opening round of the 2025 Rotax MAX Challenge Euro Trophy. The four-round championship will kick off in Germany at the Prokart Raceland circuit in Wackersdorf.

A sunny and mild Sunday marked the conclusion of the Rotax MAX Challenge Winter Series, celebrating new round winners and overall champions. Victories on the day went to Oliver Spencer (KR Sport), Shun Sekiguchi (Dan Holland Racing), Sean Butcher (KR Sport), Lenn Nijs (Schepers Racing), and Nicolas Picot (Privateer).

The 2023 season of the Rotax MAX Challenge Euro Trophy is history. Last weekend, the decisions within the top-class racing series were made in Brandon, Great Britain. The championship celebrated its racing premiere on the Paul Fletcher International Circuit and thus presented challenges to a total of almost 160 drivers from all over the world. In exciting races in sometimes very difficult conditions, the new title holders in Europe's highest Rotax championship were finally crowned after the seventh and eighth rounds.

This coming weekend, the international Rotax MAX Challenge Euro Trophy will take the last stop of this year's racing calendar. For this purpose, a premiere awaits the numerous players from all over the world: For the first time, the racing circus will make a guest appearance at the Paul Fletcher International Circuit in England, thus providing completely new challenges in the individual classifications.
