A Historic Day at the Steel Ring – Round 2 of the Rotax MAX Challenge Euro Trophy ends with thrilling battles and standout performances in front of a passionate crowd.

Despite the changing weather and the late-afternoon rain, fans filled the grandstands at the Steel Ring in Třinec for what became an unforgettable Sunday. For the first time, the Czech circuit hosted the RMC Euro Trophy — and it didn’t disappoint. With five finals and five champions, Round 2 officially delivered.

Mini MAX – Macandrew-Uren books his ticket to the Grand Finals

After a fierce duel from lights to flag, Emerson Macandrew-Uren (Dan Holland Racing) came out on top in the Czech Cup by Mini MAX, claiming the prized invitation to the 2025 Rotax MAX Challenge Grand Finals. Poleman Riley Murro (Sam Pollitt Racing) gave him a tough fight until the very end, settling for second. Tom Read (Strawberry Racing) completed the podium after a solid weekend of progression.

Junior MAX – Dan Holland Racing locks out the podium

It was a perfect day for Dan Holland Racing in Junior MAX, as the British team secured all three podium positions. Mate Kobakhidze claimed his first Euro Trophy win, finishing ahead of Cole Denholm, winner of the opening round in Wackersdorf. Championship leader Jacob Ashcroft crossed the line in third, completing the team’s dominant performance in Trinec.

Senior MAX – Bishop completes a flawless weekend

From Friday to Sunday, Macauley Bishop (Dan Holland Racing) never let go of the spotlight. After setting pole in qualifying and leading the way after the heats, the British driver sealed his weekend with a confident race win. Sean Butcher (KR Sport) followed closely and now leads the championship standings. Cian Geraghty (Strawberry Racing) delivered a standout drive to grab third place, cementing his role as one of the surprise performers of the round.

DD2 / DD2 Masters – Bezel dominant, Picot untouchable

Home driver Jakub Bezel (Kraft Motorsport) gave the Czech fans a reason to celebrate, controlling the DD2 Final from start to finish with more than five seconds over his closest rivals. Lenn Nijs (Schepers Racing) and Will Elswood (Kraft Motorsport) joined him on the podium.

In DD2 Masters, Nicolas Picot (Privateer) extended his winning streak, prevailing over Xen De Ruwe (AKK Sportstil) and Maurits Knopjes (DAEMS Racing) in another competitive battle among the class veterans.
