The qualifying heats came to a close today at Karting Genk: The Home of Champions, with a total of 30 races completing the programme ahead of Sunday's decisive phase of Round 3 of the 2026 Rotax MAX Challenge Euro Trophy.

Saturday at the Prokart Raceland Wackersdorf was entirely dedicated to the qualifying heats of Round 2 of the Rotax MAX Challenge Euro Trophy. A total of 21 races were completed across the five categories — Mini MAX, Junior MAX, Senior MAX, DD2 and DD2 Masters — defining the grids for tomorrow’s decisive Prefinals and Finals.

Friday marked the first full competitive day of the Rotax MAX Challenge Euro Trophy at the Prokart Raceland Wackersdorf, with eight qualifying sessions crowning the pole sitters across the five categories, followed by 12 heats that officially opened the second phase of the weekend ahead of Sunday’s Finals.

With 227 verified drivers competing across the five Rotax categories - Mini MAX, Junior MAX, Senior MAX, DD2 and DD2 Masters - the event confirmed the strong appeal of the series and set the tone for the four-round European season.
