The Champions of the Future Academy Program completed its first-ever visit to Greece with another dramatic day of racing at Circuit 27, as Sunday brought fresh winners, last-lap drama and a spectacular conclusion to Round 2.
After Saturday’s intense action, all three categories reset for a second full race day, with Time Qualifying, two Qualifying Heats and Finals once again deciding the honours under the Greek sun.

Mir completes a perfect Sunday
Atiqa Mir was the driver to beat in OK-N Junior from the very start of the day. After topping Time Qualifying, she went on to win both Qualifying Heats, taking a perfect 100-point score ahead of Julia Angelard, Axel Nocom, Mitansh Jain and Johnston Stewart.
Mir then converted that momentum into a commanding Final victory, leading all 15 laps to complete a flawless Sunday performance. Diar Islami recovered strongly from seventh in the heats to finish second, also setting the fastest lap of the race, while Mitansh Jain completed the podium. Angelard finished fourth, with Zoltan Coigny charging from 16th in the heat standings to complete the top five.

Sami wins by the narrowest margin
Mini 60 began with Mayson Hibbert in control, as he swept both Qualifying Heats to secure maximum points and pole position for the Final. Leo Kralev, Guillem Coll Sales, U10 leader Samar Chopra and Maximilian Schilling completed the top five after the heats.
The Final, however, produced one of the closest finishes of the weekend. Hibbert led the opening nine laps before Ilyas Sami briefly took over, with the lead changing hands again before Sami hit the front for the final two laps. At the flag, Sami crossed the line just 0.002 seconds ahead of Maximilian Schilling, with Joonas Tamm only 0.123 seconds from victory in third. Mik Klinkers and Konstantinos Nikolaou completed the top five.
In U10, Gordey Dulev led the way in ninth overall, followed by Anna Makolm in tenth after a strong recovery drive, with Gabin Léger finishing 16th.

Chopra strikes again in Senior thriller
Jagrat Detroja continued his strong Thessaloniki form through OK-N Senior Qualifying, topping the intermediate classification with two wins from two heats. Veer Chopra, Michal Zajac, Emmanouil Lioudakis and Jose Schirmer completed the top five heading into the Final.
The last race of the weekend delivered another dramatic contest. Detroja led the opening stages before Vanesa Silkunaite took over at the front from lap seven to lap 13. Chopra then made the decisive move and led the final four laps to claim his second Senior Final victory of the weekend.
Silkunaite secured an excellent second place, while Detroja completed the podium. Marcel Matyjewicz finished fourth, with Marcella Pizzoni Assumpção charging from 21st in the heat classification to complete the top five.

With two days of racing completed, the first Champions of the Future Academy Program event on Greek soil delivered extreme challenges, close racing and unforgettable moments. Thessaloniki and Circuit 27 provided a memorable new chapter for the International Series, with Round 2 now complete after a weekend full of resilience, teamwork and racing drama.
