PREMA Racing stormed to the team's first win of the year in round 2 of the 2025 Formula Regional European Championship by Alpine at Spa-Francorchamps, although incidents prevented the team from achieving more success with potential podiums slipping away.

Rodin Motorsport’s Alex Ninovic and VRD Racing’s Hugo Schwarze were the winners on Sunday at Zandvoort, while Australian drivers have taken over at the top of the championship standings. Ninovic claimed his first GB3 victory in race two this morning, while Schwarze took his own maiden win after a chaotic final contest. Pole position and three wins out of the four scheduled races, as per the format adopted for a weekend that featured 41 drivers on the grid. With 75 points scored, Nakamura-Berta takes the early lead in the drivers’ standings. Behind him, with 53 points, is teammate Sebastian Wheldon, who claimed victory in the opening race of the weekend, which featured his group. The son of Dan “Lionheart” Wheldon thus took his first win in the series.
