A lot happened on the Italian circuit of Franciacorta during the thirty Qualifying Heats of the FIA Karting European OK and OK-Junior Championships. Attacks and overtaking were as numerous as the disappointments. Two drivers from the same team took the lead on Saturday evening. The faultless run of poleman Enzo Deligny (FRA) in OK echoed the rise of Anatholy Khavalkin to the top of the OK-Junior class.

The fourth and final round of the FIA Karting European Championships - OK and OK-Junior got off to a good start on Friday 8th July in Franciacorta (ITA). Qualifying Practice was particularly intense and provided some surprises. On a track that was already very slippery, two Frenchmen stood out. For many years now, the Energy Corse team has been training young karting drivers and guiding them towards victory. On the Franciacorta circuit, this was once again the case during the fourth and final round of the Euro Series organised by RGMMC, the promoter of the FIA Karting Championships. Tomass Stolcermanis put in a stunning performance to win the OK Final and finish the series on the third step of the podium.

The fourth and final round of the Champions of the Future Euro Series organised by RGMMC at Franciacorta confirmed the excellent performance of Parolin Motorsport in OK and OK-Junior. Maksim Orlov finished 2nd on the OK podium and René Lammers finished 2nd in the OK-Junior Final, while Anatholy Khavalkin secured 2nd position in the Championship.

The Tony Kart Racing Team opens the second and final round of the FIA Karting European Championship 2022 reserved for KZ and KZ2 categories with the best time in qualifying heats, however the weekend does not end as expected.

The 2022 FIA European Championship has ended on the Cremona track in Italy where the 2^nd and final Round of the Continental Championship for the KZ and KZ2 classes took place from 16^th to 19^th June. At CRG there were many expectations, especially in KZ2, after Jorge Pescador's beautiful and convincing test in the opening race, but on the Italian track, things did not go in the right direction, unfortunately. The results obtained on the track were below expectations and the potential expressed right from free practice. Certainly, the weekend was complicated by the high temperatures and tire management on a track that has gradually rubbed-in a lot, but above all it was some unfortunate episodes that affected the overall balance of the CRG drivers.

The Birel ART factory continues to write karting history in golden letters. In Cremona, the Italian chassis took the top three places in the KZ2 Final thanks to Tom Leuillet, Cristian Bertuca and Alessio Piccini. Already a winner in Genk, the Frenchman, therefore, brings a deserved title to the Birel ART and TM Racing brands, as well as to the Leclerc by Lennox Racing team. In KZ, Birel ART was also delighted with another podium for Matteo Vigano, who became the 2022 European Vice-Champion.

The second and final round of the FIA Karting European Championship - KZ & KZ2 saw particularly difficult conditions on the Cremona circuit.
