Baby Race experienced a superb weekend at the Adria circuit. In the last round of the WSK Final Cup, Sandro Lorandi and his team were the absolute protagonists of the event. In the OK class, Andrea Rosso, who scored the pole and dominated the heats, won the Final with a wet track.

At the 7 Laghi circuit in Castelletto, the second of three WSK Final Cup events was marked by changing weather conditions and tough races. In these complex conditions, Parolin confirmed the excellent potential of its more and more popular chassis, whatever the grip of the track. The intensity of the racing did not always favour to the drivers of the Parolin Racing Team in terms of raw results, but the performance was there.

Once again, the Jamaican flag has flown on an international karting podium thanks to Alex Powell, who confirms his status of a great hope more than ever with the strong partnership of the Energy Corse team. In the wake of his sixth place in the Junior Karting World Championship Marcus Amand learned that he had been put on the list of top-level athletes by the French Ministry of Sports. He celebrated this good news with victory in the second round of the WSK Final Cup on the Castelletto di Branduzzo circuit in Italy! His next target is the Rotax Challenge Grand Final in Brazil.

On the second round of WSK Final Cup on 7 Laghi circuit in Castelletto di Branduzzo, Axel Bengtsson conquered the bronze medal in the KZ2 category final.

The second round of the WSK Final Cup again saw a victory for a Sodi in the KZ2 category. After Bas Lammers at Lonato, the young Adrien Renaudin won the event at Castelletto di Branduzzo after a domination that says a lot about the potential of the machine and the driver. During a suspenseful Final, the reigning European Champion caught up with extraordinary mastery, after being compromised at the beginning of the race. That bodes well for his debut with the Sodi Racing Team next year in KZ.

This season racing in the WSK Final Cup with three drivers, the Rosberg Young Drivers Academy intends to win this top level competition. In the second of the three races of 2018 on the Italian circuit of Castelletto, Lorenzo Travisanutto in OK and Taylor Barnard in OK-Junior were able to significantly increase their points totals and remain the leaders in the overall standings.

On the 7 Laghi circuit in Castelletto di Branduzzo, the Dutch driver brought honour to the Tony Kart Racing Team’s colors conquering the silver medal in the OKJ final.
