A total of 260 drivers from 50 different countries gathered at the South Garda Karting in Lonato to contest the opener of the WSK Open Cup in MINI, OKJ, OK and KZ2. Prefinals and Finals with Live Streaming coverage will be on Sunday, September 19th.    

Qualifying heats ended the first selection of the 250 drivers of the WSK Open Cup at the South Garda Karting circuit. The integral coverage of the final stages will be broadcast through the Live Streaming on Sunday, September 19th.

The initial qualifying heats have also taken place at the South Garda Karting Circuit. Further heats will be run on Saturday, September 18th, before the final stages that will be broadcast through the Live Streaming on Sunday, September 19th.

Please not that, regarding the WSK Promotion’s provisional 2022 racing calendar, the correct date for the first round of the WSK Euro Series in Lonato is February, 20th, 2022 and not March  20th, as previously indicated.

The Lonato track will host the 1^st Round of the WSK Open Series from 15^th to 19^th September. This event consisting in two appointments, will see its final test on 3^rd October at the Adria circuit. For the CRG Factory Team it will be an opportunity to get back behind the wheel with the direct drive Mini and OK classes, after the long summer break, in which the action on the track was reserved for the KZ categories (to rest during this event as decided by CRG).

PREMA Powerteam announces that Andrea Kimi Antonelli will join the team for his car racing debut in the final three rounds of the Italian Formula 4 Championship. The Italian racer will make the step to single-seater competition at the Red Bull Ring only a few days after turning 15 years old.

The 2022 racing calendar by WSK Promotion is ready with its 12 events hosted by the most prestigious circuits. The kick-off will be from the Adria Karting Raceway with the traditional opening of the WSK Champions Cup, which will be followed by the 4 rounds of the Super Master Series in Adria, Lonato, La Conca, and Sarno.

It is now possible to file entries for the two rounds of WSK Open Cup 2021 that will take place in Lonato and Adria for categories MINI, OKJ, OK and KZ2 online at www.wsk.it.   

On the occasion of the last round of the WSK Euro Series, their Noesis R chassis grabs the podium in the final of the OKJ class. The drivers of the Exprit Racing Team, still engaged in the "Junior class", take advantage of the event with the aim of training themselves for the next round of the FIA Karting European Championship.

One week after Alfio Spina's Italian Championship in de OK class, another Parolin Motorsport driver was successful on the Sarno circuit.

In the last round of the championship on the Naples International Circuit, Luigi Coluccio grabs the fifth place in the overall OK class ranking after a good performance in the final.

On the Naples International Circuit, stage of the last championship’s round, the Harley Keeble-Tony Kart Racer 401S pairing wins the OKJ title. Podium also in the OK final for Joseph Turney.

The young and very promising Mexican driver Jesse Carrasquedo has taken part in the third and final round of the WSK Euro Series. Held in Sarno, this meeting was an ideal preparation for the next round of the FIA Karting European Championship for OK, which will take place soon on the international circuit located near Naples in Italy. After a lot of fine-tuning work with the Parolin Motorsport team, Jesse Carrasquedo won his place among the finalists, while managing to progressively move up the rankings.

The Leclerc by Lennox Racing team concluded the WSK Euro Series with the icing on the cake. The CL chassis manufactured by Birel ART and powered by TM Racing proved extremely competitive in all classes, from MINI to KZ2. 

The Birel ART Racing team already made history in the WSK Euro Series last year by placing three of its drivers in the top three places in the KZ2 Championship. The brand from Lissone has repeated this formidable feat in 2021 with Longhi, Kremers and Palomba. The undisputed star of the category, Birel ART / TM Racing is definitely the ultimate weapon for collecting international victories.

The final stages of the third and closing round of WSK Euro Series crowned the 2021 champions at the International Circuit Napoli: Longhi is the KZ2 champion, Lindblad OK’s, Keeble OKJ’s and Costoya MINI’s.

The third round of WSK Euro Series is about to get underway at the International Circuit Napoli in Sarno. This event will be decisive to award the titles of all the four categories MINI, OKJ, OK and KZ2. More than 250 drivers entered this challenge that announces to be particularly exciting, thanks also to the higher scoring coefficient compared to the races held in Lonato and Adria. In Sarno a total of 153 points are up for grabs, which could potentially turn the current classifications around.
