After some rain on Tuesday, Micro MAX, Mini MAX, and MAX DD2 Masters qualified in wet conditions, but the remainder of the classes qualified today under sunny and clear skies.

The day started under cool and calm conditions at the Circuito Internazionale di Napoli in Sarno, Italy, but the track action heated up throughout the day, concluding with three Qualifying Practice sessions. Setting the grids in Micro MAX, Mini MAX, and MAX DD2 Masters, the remaining classes will qualify tomorrow, with wheel-to-wheel action to follow. Of note, Non-Qualifying Practice 6 for Junior MAX Even, Senior MAX Odd and Even, MAX DD2 Odd and Even were cancelled today due to heavy rain, as those classes still have Non-Qualifying Practice 7 tomorrow morning.

For its 25th year, the Rotax Max Challenge Grand Finals returns to Italy and the Sarno circuit, which it visited in 2019. From 19th to 26th October 2024, the Circuito Internazionale Napoli will host the Rotax World Grand Finals on a revamped track.

The RMC Grand Finals 2024 roared to life today at 09:00 with the Non-Qualifying Practice Sessions for all categories, held at the legendary Circuito Internazionale di Napoli. The WSK 2025 events: WSK Winter Test, WSK Super Master Series in 5 rounds, the brand new WSK World Challenge Europe in two rounds and the WSK Final Cup in 3 rounds. The Rotax 2025 karting events: RMC Winter Series in 2 rounds, RMC Euro Trophy in 4 rounds.

The South America Trophy race event in Chile delivered five days of non-stop karting action, drawing in 175 skilled drivers from eight different countries to the Las Perdices kart track in Melipilla. The competition was fierce, with racers pushing their limits on the challenging 1,700-meter circuit, which is fully FIA-approved and designed for high-speed excitement.

This year’s edition of the Rotax MAX Challenge Grand Festival took the annual BRP-Rotax event for Micro MAX and Mini MAX drivers across the English Channel for the first time on the weekend of September 20-22 for some intensely fought competition. The Warden Law Kart Club at Karting North East in the United Kingdom played host to the special event organised by Motorsport UK for the Rotax youngsters.

The spotlight at South Garda Karting shines on the 2024 champions of the Rotax MAX Challenge Euro Trophy, which concluded its final round last weekend. Adding even more flair to the competition was the night racing action, during which most of the heats and the final phase on Saturday took place. We also crowned the 2024 champions, the winners of the invitation tickets to the 25th-anniversary edition of the Rotax MAX Challenge Grand Finals, set to take place from October 19 to 26 at the Circuito Internazionale Napoli.

The emotions, tears, and joyful shouts from the great night in Lonato are still fresh. The night race at South Garda Karting was a fitting conclusion to a spectacular season, delivering surprising and unexpected results.
