Anthony Bongartz secured his first win of the season to win the final of the Dutch IAME Championship at the Circuit Karting des Fagnes in Mariembourg. The 14-year-old Belgian karting talent from Amel (20 minutes from the famous F1-circuit of Spa-Francorchamps) finished in the first position in the IAME X30 Junior class, marking the beginning of the new karting season with a kickstart. The Warriors who qualified for the eleventh edition of the IWF23 put on an absolutely incredible show over four days of competition on the Algarve circuit in Portimao. IAME Motorsport confirmed the success of its organisations throughout the world, which ended in apotheosis with this very high-level final. In the south of Portugal, Khali Atkins in the X30 Senior class, Harry Bartle in the X30 Junior class, Will Green in the X30 Mini class and Viktor Öberg in the X30 Master class were crowned after some thrilling races, in what turned out to be very pleasant weather at the end of October.

For multiple karting champion Bart Ploeg it was almost routine, picking up a trophy at the annual NK IAME champions' ceremony, but it did not make him any less proud. The changing skies at Le Mans contributed to several unexpected developments in the Qualifying Heats of the Mondokart.com FIA Karting event currently taking place in the Sarthe region of France. A succession of brief showers on Saturday morning did not help all of the competitors. However, the verdict is in. Simo Puhakka (FIN) took the lead in KZ. Arthur Carbonnel (FRA) took the top position in KZ2. Jeroen Bos (NLD) remained the leader of the KZ2 Masters, while Mark Dubnitski (EST) took the lead in the FIA Karting Academy Trophy at the last moment.

The first round of the IAME X30 Euro Series welcomed this weekend in Mariembourg, in Belgium, 172 drivers from 20 countries, largely increased compared to 2018, something that highlights the growing success of the competition promoted by RGMMC. Run in beautiful conditions on the Karting des Fagnes International Raceway, the Finals on Sunday delivered their great racing with the first wins of 2019 going to Freddie Slater in Mini, Jason Leung in Junior, Callum Bradshaw in Senior and Philipp Seewer in Shifter.
