The World Karting Association is pleased to open a new Membership portal through Race Select. Moving event registration to Race Select mid-season, WKA Membership can now be obtained through the same site.

Responding to the schedules of multiple events, the World Karting Association (WKA) recognized that far too many events were scheduled on top of each other, forcing racers into the tough decision of choosing one event over another.  As a result, WKA made an aggressive decision to get out of that multiple-event pool to help the racers with their schedules.

After weeks of waiting, series officials are pleased to confirm a solid six-weekend race schedule that will kick off next month at the famed Daytona International Speedway during WKA KartWeek.

As it is with many series, the off-season brings a time of change, planning for the future, and a new set of rules. A fixture in motorsports, the automotive, and now the karting industry, Summit Racing Equipment has stepped up to the plate to support the World Karting Association (WKA) program on an even higher level. Officially taking over the sponsorship of the WKA Eagle Program for National Champions effective immediately, the WKA Summit Racing Equipment National Champions' Eagle, will be distributed to all WKA National Championships across all series.

The Xtream Rock Island Grand Prix, the karting street race that national driver Race Liberante once called “the baddest-ass go-kart race in the world,” once again put on quite a show. This year, the largest crowd since pre-Covid years lined the course and was treated to some great action by some of the nation’s top drivers. Heavy rain late Saturday forced 3 heat races to be moved to Sunday morning, but the rest of the program was right on schedule.

It is that time of the year again, time for the World Karting Association (WKA) Manufacturers Cup Grand Nationals. Taking place at the Motorsports Country Club of Cincinnati, teams and competitors will take on the Batavia, Ohio facility in their quest to garner WKA Grand National trophies and a spot in the history books.

Halfway through the 2022 race season and the World Karting Association (WKA) staff is hard at working building a bigger and better program for the WKA Speedway Dirt program.

With the 2022 World Karting Association (WKA) season on the horizon, series officials are pleased to confirm the Road Racing Championship dates. Set to commence at the annual WKA Daytona Kartweek in late December, the schedule will see stops at Roebling Road, the Mid-Ohio Sports Car Course, and the Pittsburgh International Race Complex.
