Consistently at the front of the field since his arrival at IPK, Markus Kajak rose to the challenge at Sarno by climbing to the second step of the KZ2 podium. The Formula K SRP Factory Team driver moved up to 2nd in the European Championship standings. In KZ2 Masters, the title was close for Davide Fore and his IPK chassis in Praga colours. This year's tour of the German Kart Championship ended at Pro Kart Raceland Wackersdorf and provided a good backdrop for the season finale of Germany's highest kart racing series. A new record was set at the finale with 208 drivers. Thrilling kart racing was on offer in glorious sunshine, with the focus on the title fights in the six classes. The new 2024 champions are Markus Kajak (DKM), Moritz Groneck (DJKM), Milan Rossi (DMKM), Maximilian Schleimer (DSCK), Marius Bonconseil (X30 Junior) and Elia Weiss (X30 Senior).

In practice, the fastest are Severiukhin (KZ2), Busso (OKJ), Matveev (OK), Esteves (MINI Gr.3), Miron (MINI Gr.3 U10), Saareks (X30J), and Rossi (X30S).

The victory of the Finals at the South Garda Karting went to Giuseppe Palomba (KZ2), Kean Nakamura-Berta (OK), Jan Przyrowski (OKJ) and Vladimir Ivannikov (MINI).

The Parolin Motorsport team played a major role in the WSK Champions Cup in Adria and intends to remain a strong team throughout the year. Competitive in all categories, the Italian team won the OK-Junior Final with the promising Emirati Rashid Al Dhaheri, while the return of an official Parolin-TM Racing team in KZ2 resulted in a remarkable performance by Francesco Celenta. In the icing on the cake, the Parolin chassis won in 60 Mini thanks to the Dutchman René Lammers from the Baby Race Academy team.

Lap times have highlighted the speed of the first protagonists of this great International Karting event that is celebrating its 30th edition at the South Garda Karting in Lonato. The charm of edition 30 of the Andrea Margutti Trophy has had its first racing day on Friday, April 5th with 237 verified drivers out of the entered 251 coming from 40 different Countries.
