More than Equal Launches Advisory Board to Accelerate Female Talent in Motorsport

LONDON – More than Equal, a global high-performance motorsport programme with a mission to find and develop the first female Formula 1 world champion, today announced the formation of its inaugural Advisory Board. The move represents a major step forward in More than Equal’s growth, bringing together some of the most respected figures across motorsport, sports and performance, media, technology, and business to support and champion its mission.
 

The new Advisory Board will offer strategic guidance, industry insight, and commercial expertise to help More than Equal scale its impact and deepen its position within the elite motorsport ecosystem.

The More than Equal Advisory Board includes:

Andrea Wong – Board Member, Liberty Media; Former President, Sony International Television
Annastiina Hintsa – CEO, Hintsa Performance
Chris Welch – F1 Sponsorship Broker, Investor and Fundraiser
Ellen Lohr – Director Motorsport at AVL RACETECH and Former DTM Driver
Jamie Chadwick – Three-time W Series Champion and Williams F1 Development Driver
Karen Webb Moss – Chair of Aquatics GB and Former Vice President, Image & Marketing Communications, International Olympic Committee
Kate Beavan – Former F1 Director of Hospitality and Experiences
Susie Wolff – Managing Director, F1 Academy
Zak Brown – CEO, McLaren Racing

The Advisory Board will be chaired by David Alfrey, a globally recognised ESG and governance lawyer with deep expertise in sports and corporate sustainability.
