After Gioele Girardello, Albert Tamm and Nojus Stasionis during this fabulous 2025 season, Modena Kart Racing Team has once again enabled one of its drivers to take the podium honours. In Cremona, Ruzgar Evci confirmed his potential in the second of three WSK Final Cup events by finishing 2nd in the Final. On the track, the race was won by his team-mate Nojus Stasionis, who was unfortunately penalised for a racing manoeuvre. Once again, the Parolin/TM Karts of the Modena Kart team demonstrated incredible competitiveness.
More than ever, a benchmark team on the international stage
Capable of winning in all categories, Modena Kart Racing Team has clearly made the OK-N Junior category one of its major specialities, especially in 2025, and this already promises a sensational 2026 season. Of course, the priority objective is to finish this year on a high note, and the whole team has worked hard to ensure the satisfaction of its drivers in Cremona, and this will again be the case at the end of November in Lonato.

Top performances from qualifying to the final
After Lithuanian Nojus Stasionis' podium finish at the opening round of the WSK Final Cup in Franciacorta, Sweden's Elton Hedfors stood out by setting the 3rd fastest time in Qualifying. This put him on the front row for each of his Qualifying Heats. Stasionis and Turkey's Ruzgar Evci quickly joined him in the leading group. In their Prefinal, the latter two confirmed their 3rd and 4th positions, while Hedfors set the fastest lap of the race.
Podium for Modena Kart, regardless of the driver
Both Stasionis and Evci had to start from the outside of the grid, which is never ideal at Cremona due to the double right-hand corner that follows when the lights go out. They lost places on the first lap, but Nojus and Ruzgar remained in the leading group, fighting for the podium thanks to their very high pace. The closing laps favoured Stasionis, who crossed the finish line as the winner, before dropping to 6th due to a penalty. The team's best result was therefore achieved by Ruzgar Evci, who was also the fastest on the track. Unfortunately, Elton Hedfors had to retire, as did American Grayson Walcott.

Analysis by Gabriele Finocchi, Modena Kart Team Principal
"Our driver, Nojus Stasionis, arrived in Cremona as the leader in the WSK Final Cup. Obviously, there were many who wanted to take his place. I admit it was a difficult race against tough competition, but we were able to rise to this new challenge. Ruzgar Evci was impressive, and we are very happy to have been able to support him to second place. Nojus Stasionis certainly lost the opportunity to consolidate his overall lead due to a penalty despite winning the Final, but he will go into the last round in Lonato just one point behind the leader!”
Comment from Alessandro Palloni, Modena Kart Team Manager
"As in Franciacorta, our drivers were competitive thanks to the hard work of the technical staff and our engine builder on the Parolin/TM Kart assemblies of the Modena Racing Team. We are obviously a little disappointed with the penalty received by Nojus Stasionis, but he will be keen to fight for the title in Lonato. Nevertheless, we must congratulate Ruzgar Evci for his progress and his magnificent 2nd place in Cremona. Well done also to all the other drivers in the team for their performances.”
