Round 1 of the first edition of the Champions of the Future Racing Academy comes to an end

Round 1 of the first edition of the Champions of the Future Racing Academy has officially come to an end, marking the beginning of a structured and ambitious development journey for five young talents.

This first event opened a program made up of 9 development rounds, designed to support the drivers through a complete growth process and help them prepare for the transition from karting to single-seaters, with a clear focus on Formula 4.

The Academy has one clear goal

To develop five highly competitive, well-rounded and fully prepared drivers by the end of the program. For this reason, the preparation goes far beyond pure driving. Each event is built to work on multiple performance areas, including physical preparation, mental strength, driving skills, technical understanding, error analysis, and marketing education. The objective is to shape drivers who are not only fast on track, but also aware, disciplined and ready for the next step in their careers.

Thanks to the support of key partners and sponsors such as ROWE, Goodyear, HXR, Formula Medicine for the physical and mental side, and “The Meatball Agency” for the marketing and communication side, as well as the contribution of “dedicated engineers” and the guidance of “Augusto Farfus Jr.”, the first round has already delivered very encouraging results.

From the very beginning, the drivers showed clear, concrete and measurable progress across different areas: from their adaptation to the car, to the way they processed feedback, managed their work, and improved their overall performance on track.

Round 1 was much more than just an opening event. It was the first real step of a program designed to build drivers who are more complete, more prepared and more ready for the move from karting to Formula 4.

Some of the key moments from Round 1

  • The opening briefing at Castello San Gaudenzio, where the Academy’s method and goals were introduced
  • Tests with the Legend Cars, helping the drivers get familiar with a smaller cockpit and a driving environment closer to a formula car
  • Physical and mental preparation sessions, aimed at building focus, control and endurance
  • Sports marketing lessons, created to help the drivers understand their value beyond on-track performance
  • Error review sessions with their dedicated engineers, an essential part of turning every session into real learning
  • Qualifying and race sessions, which provided the first real benchmark of the work completed so far.

The journey has only just begun, but the direction is already clear. Step by step, event after event, the Academy is building five young drivers with the speed, mindset and preparation needed for the future.

Round 1 closes with strong foundations, visible progress and a clear sign that the methodology is already producing real results.
