Today, Italian racing team, Iron Lynx has announced an exciting driver line-up that is set to tackle multiple GT championships, including the FIA World Endurance Championship (FIA WEC), European Le Mans Series (ELMS), Fanatec GT World Challenge Europe Endurance Cup (GTWC), Ferrari Challenge (FC), including the 24 Hours of Le Mans and 24 Hours of Spa in 2022.  

80.000€ prize money has been established in the single-seater series promoted by ACI Sport, the Italian F4 Championship certified by FIA in 2022.

Charouz Racing System is pleased to announce that Ayrton Simmons is the third driver to join their lineup for the 2022 FIA Formula 3 championship. Together with Hungarian László Tóth and Italian Francesco Pizzi, the British driver will therefore continue to race under the colors of the Czech team starting from the official test sessions, scheduled in Bahrain on March 2-4.

Zak O’Sullivan, Williams Racing Academy Driver, was named winner of the BRDC Young Driver of the Year award on Sunday night. The British driver claimed the prestigious accolade after impressing in a series of evaluations, which included fitness and simulator elements and a two-day test at Silverstone.

Colombian youngster Nicolás Baptiste Velasco has signed to drive for FA Racing in the Formula Regional European Championship by Alpine (FRECA), the 16-year-old from Bogotá stepping up for his debut season in the category.

Franco Colapinto will make his FIA F3 championship debut with Van Amersfoort Racing this year. Colapinto, a Buenos Aires native, steps up from racing in both LMP2 and the Formula Regional European Championship by Alpine in 2021.

The Jack Cavill Pole Position Cup will extend to the GB4 Championship partnered by the BRDC in 2022, as well as offering a significantly increased prize package in the GB3 Championship. The new season marks the 10th successive year the prize has been awarded, with £36,000 in prize money handed to drivers and teams since 2013. Previous winners include Jake Hughes, George Russell and 2021 champion Zak O’Sullivan.
