16-year-old Pedro Clerot has signed with Van Amersfoort Racing for what will be his first season in the Formula Regional European Championship by Alpine (FRECA). Clerot graduates to FRECA after an intense two-year run in Formula 4 racing.

Aston Martin Aramco Cognizant Formula One® Team is proud to announce Tina Hausmann as its 2024 F1 Academy driver. Tina, from Zurich, Switzerland, will compete for PREMA Racing in the sophomore season of the all-female series, competing across seven rounds which will support the Formula One® races. Fortec Motorsport has confirmed that GB3 Championship podium-finisher Edward Pearson will return to the front-running outfit for the 2024 season. Praga Cup champions Idola Motorsport will branch out into single-seaters in 2024, after confirming plans to join the GB4 Championship. The Cheshire-based squad, headed by Team Owners Al Boulton and John Whatley, won the inaugural Praga Cup UK title in 2022 with Jimmy Broadbent and Gordie Mutch, and ran five cars throughout its debut season.

Dennis Hauger will prolong his stay with MP Motorsport in the FIA Formula 2 Championship after signing for a renewed assault in 2024. On the back of his two victories this season, the Norwegian driver hopes to add more wins in another season in the Formula 1 feeder series.

Williams Racing Academy Driver Zak O’Sullivan will take part in the first Free Practice session at the 2023 Formula 1® Etihad Airways Abu Dhabi Grand Prix. The 2023 Formula 3 Vice Champion will get behind the wheel of Alex Albon’s FW45 at Yas Marina Circuit for the hour session. Zak’s outing, his first in the FW45, fulfills the team’s second and final mandated rookie driver session this season.
