According to the egalitarian principle which has always prevailed in this competition, the 86 or so drivers entered this season in each of the two FIA Karting Academy Trophies, Senior and Junior categories, have had the use of strictly identical equipment: this includes chassis and engines (supplied by OTK), tyres (provided by Maxxis or LeCont, depending on the category), overalls and gloves (branded OMP) and the data acquisition system (of the Alfano brand).

At the Italian circuit of Cremona, the second edition of the OK-N World Cup, the first for the OK-N Junior category and the FIA Karting Academy Trophy produced an incredible spectacle, with 34 intense races since the end of Qualifying. Rain on Saturday reshuffled the deck, sometimes changing the rankings and causing a few incidents in the pack. In all categories, many drivers believe they have a chance of victory. The 211 participants started the Free Practice sessions with great ambitions, despite changing weather conditions throughout the sessions. From today until Sunday, September 28, the Cremona Circuit in Italy will host the FIA World Cup for the OKN and OKN Junior categories. Emiliano Hernandez has just had 10 very important days in his career as a young Mexican motorsport hopeful. Competing in only his first season in Junior in FIA Karting, the 13-year-old driver proved himself capable of competing with the world's best. Competing for Spanish team DPK Racing, equipped with a Fernando Alonso Kart chassis and now supported by Aston Martin F1, he delivered two top-level performances in the space of a week: both in the Champions of the Future Euro Series and then in the World Championship at the Kristianstad circuit in Sweden, with front row starts, victories in Qualifying Heats and fastest laps. Emiliano Hernandez is definitely a driver to watch closely and support in the future...

The 2025 FIA Karting World Championship for the OK and OK-Junior categories took place from 11th to 14th September at the historic Åsum Ring in Kristianstad, Sweden. As always at this level, the sporting intensity was at its peak, with a world title awarded on a single event, in an atmosphere combining suspense and twists and turns. The unpredictable weather on the south-east coast of Sweden did nothing to make things easier for the 217 drivers taking part (109 in OK-Junior, 108 in OK), adding an element of uncertainty to the competition.

What a season for Energy Corse! The team has delivered a string of top-level performances since the start of the season in various categories, particularly in OK and Junior. In Kristianstad, Sweden, Lev Krutoholov took 3rd place on the podium in OK after a perfectly controlled race by the Ukrainian. This performance is comparable to that achieved just a year earlier at the World Championship in the United Kingdom by Matthew Higgins. More than ever, Energy Corse remains a benchmark on the international scene, capable of beating the biggest teams.
