All the regulations for the 2023 WSK events are published on the WSK Promotion website www.wskarting.it, which is completely updated.

The renewal of the partnership for the next three years, from 2023 to 2025, allows WSK Promotion and the sporting and technical clothing company Sparco Spa to consolidate their prestigious and fruitful collaboration within the project dedicated to the activity of young drivers in motorsport.

The date of the WSK Super Cup by MINI has been fixed to Saturday, June 10th, while the second round of the WSK Euro Series in Sarno has been postponed by one week to November 5th, 2023.

Vega, LeCont, MG, Panta and Sparco are the official suppliers for the forthcoming WSK season. The WSK 2023 racing calendar confirmed a total of 14 races with the substitution of the venue of the fourth round of WSK Super Master Series on April 30th. The race will be held in Cremona instead of Castelletto, while the third round of the WSK Open Series has been anticipated from May 7th to April 16th in Castelletto.

Throughout the 10 events of the 2022 season, the Italian manufacturer has guaranteed consistent, high-performance tyres for competitors in the OK category and in KZ2 in the Euro Series. The success of the second and final round of the WSK Final Cup held in Lonato confirmed the effectiveness of Italian tyres, with a new lap record in OK. Newly promoted Juniors took advantage of this final event to reveal themselves, and the 2023 season will be even more exciting...

On the occasion of the second and last round of the series by WSK Promotion, at the South Garda Karting of Lonato, Joseph Turney hits the title in OK CLASS with the Tony Kart Racer 401 RR. Success also in the OKJ final, with Enzo Tarnvanichkul.

The last competition of the season, the second round of the WSK Final Cup was not lacking in excitement with a field of more than 300 drivers on the Lonato circuit. The Birel ART Racing team showed a good level of performance in all three categories, but the hazards of the race did not make it easy to obtain results in line with the competitiveness of the Birel ART / TM Racing karts.

In Lonato, Sodikart and Senna Van Walstijn ended their season as they started it: with an international title in WSK! The circle is complete for the Sodi Racing Team, which has reached the objective it had for Lonato for the second and last round of the WSK Final Cup. Once again, the Sodi-TM karts entered in the KZ2 category reached a very high level of performance.

The 11th edition of the WSK Final Cup ended with a total participation of 500 drivers in the two rounds of Sarno and Lonato, the latter awarded today the titles of MINI, OKJ, OK and KZ2.

It would be true to say that Jimmy Helias didn’t mess up his debut in OK, the top-tier kart category without a gearbox. Six years after becoming the youngest-ever French champion in the history of motor sport, the driver from Evreux – 14 years old on 1st September – finished on the third step of the podium on his first attempt, in the WSK Final Cup at Sarno: a hugely-promising result in view of the 2023 season!

The WSK Final Cup, the last series of the season, started at the beginning of November at the Circuito Internazionale Napoli. The new KZ S15 chassis developed for the 2023 season proved to be well conceived, allowing Giuseppe Palomba and Cristian Bertuca to put in top performances against worthy opponents. Kirill Kutskov finished his performance in OK with a superb comeback of almost 20 places in the Final and Jindrich Pesl scored his best result in OK-Junior after moving up from Mini during the year.

On the occasion of the first competition held at the International Naples Circuit, Noah Milell wins the place of honour in KZ2 class with their Tony Kart Racer 401 RR. Joseph Turney fights for victory in the OK final. Drivers in the OKJ and MINI classes were also competing.

The WSK Final Cup, the last international championship of the season, got off to a turbulent start in Sarno on the first weekend of November. The rain, sometimes very heavy, considerably reduced the grip in the Qualifying Phases before the sun came out for the Final phases of the competition. In a tough situation, Parolin Motorsport took first class results by finishing in the top three of the provisional ranking of the OK, OK-Junior and Mini categories before the conclusion which will take place next weekend in Lonato.

The second round of the series that will decide the titles will take place at the South Garda Karting circuit from November 9 to 13. WSK welcomes the first win of a Chinese driver Yuanpu Cui (OK) and of a driver from Panama, Gianmatteo Rousseau (MINI). 

The Sodi Racing Team, with its brilliant pair of drivers, dominated the first round of the WSK Final Cup in KZ2. Émilien Denner, who took pole position, led the heats and won the Prefinal, was less successful in the Final, when his team-mate took over with authority at the front of the field, before triumphing after a long solo run.
