July was a busy month for the Eurocup3 single-seater championship, with no fewer than three events held in the space of four weeks. Swiss driver Dario Cabanelas was able to continue his progress in three different countries and on three leading European circuits: Paul Ricard in France, Zandvoort in the Netherlands and Motorland Aragon in Spain. JHR Developments’ John Bennett enjoyed his best day in the GB3 Championship, with a double pole position in qualifying, and his second race win of the year in the opening contest this afternoon. In doing so, Bennett massively strengthened his title bid, with just 18 points now covering the top-four drivers in the current standings.

Hitech Pulse-Eight’s Tymek Kucharczyk topped the times in the final test session of the week at Zandvoort on Friday afternoon, which was heavily rain affected.
