More than ever, Energy Corse justifies its status of a benchmark team in international karting, with an extensive race programme and a line-up of talented drivers in the main categories. This weekend series organiser RGMMC and the Lucas Guerrero International circuit in Chiva, Valencia (Spain) will host the 3^rd edition of the IAME X30 Winter Cup. The event was introduced in 2016 to give IAME-drivers, worldwide, the opportunity to initiate some serious winter preparation in the warmer climate of Spain, cumulating in a race event where drivers can prepare themselves for the 2019 Euro Series and other X30 National events around the world. 2017 saw 58 drivers take part. 2018 saw a massive increase in drivers with a total of 170 drivers participating. 2019 shows a great entry, with more then 200 drivers in 4 classes: Mini, Junior, Senior and Super Shifter. National program to offer a staggering $162,000 prize purse to be awarded in 2019. The 2019 season marks the 10th year of the sport’s only national series – the Superkarts! USA Pro Tour. Initially launched in April of 2010, the SKUSA Pro Tour has grown throughout the previous nine seasons of competition, creating lasting memories, establishing current stars in the sport, developing drivers for the professional ranks, and all while remaining the premier championship series in North America.

At only 11 years of age, the young Franco-Luxembourg driver Maxime FURON CASTELAIN has just completed a masterful period in the Cadet category with 11 victories during his last 13 races, a rare series in the history of the discipline.

The squad led by Stefano Tredicine is ready to face the new season starting immediately with an international events: it will fly to the USA to support Bruno Fusaro and André Nicastro’s NF Sports at the Florida Winter Tour, three events valid for the Rok Cup USA.

The RGMMC Iame race calendar kicks off in Valencia beginning of February.  Perfect opportunity to get some pre season serious testing in the warmer climate of Southern Europe before the Iame nationals and Euro series commences. Last season a total of 170 drivers attended the event creating some thrilling race moments.

GENK – A glimpse at the podium after the Golden Trophy races in Genk was enough to confirm that Strawberry Racing remains a force to be reckoned with in Rotax Max. The very successful karting squad from Sheffield scored a one-two-three in the Senior category on Sunday. With Steve Armstrong as the new team manager, things are looking very good for next season.

Callum Bradshaw has been among the contenders to the victory in the Iame International Final held in Le Mans, race that had 466 drivers at the start.  He claimed the third step of the podium in Iame Super after dominating qualifying.

The 7th IAME International Final flawlessly organized in 2018 finished in a blaze of glory with breath-taking, hotly-contested races in front of more than 5000 spectators. Although changeable weather was expected it stayed fine and the track was dry throughout!

There will be yet another full, action-packed program on Sunday 14 October with 12 Warm-Ups, 6 C or B Finals, 6 Pre-Finals and 6 Finals! Thanks to all the 466 Warriors and good luck for the Finals’ day!

Thanks to the excellent organisation put in place by IAME, the 3-days spectacle has been absolutely mind-blowing with non-stop overtaking, marvellous comebacks, and as always, unexpected twists of fate! The pressure is going to ramp up even further as everybody gears up for the Finals. Who are the warriors who will have the joy of stepping up onto the podium? Answer on Sunday evening 14th October.

From Thursday to Saturday, no fewer than 69 qualifying heats are on the schedule of the IAME International Final 2018. To this number, the many free practice sessions, the warm-ups and the 18 races comprising the finals on Sunday must be added. This large-scale Karting event is unique in the world! It gathers drivers and teams from all over the globe, all driven by the same passion. The next stages of the competition at the Le Mans Karting International Circuit look like they will be packed with excitement.

The international IAME final that has attracted a huge, quality-packed field is one of the biggest karting events of the sporting year. And the 2018 meeting is no exception with 466 drivers and all the big names among the major international teams attending. No fewer than 47 countries are represented at this event, which is spread out over a week. The big ACO complex beside Le Mans (France) is the ideal place to host this vast organisation, which is already celebrating its seventh anniversary! The IAME Italian factory that’s well known in karting circles and creator of the X30 Challenge has every reason to be proud of this major worldwide event. While we do not yet know the names of the winners here’s the state of play after the official qualifying sessions.
