Round 3 of the Champions of the Future will take place from 21^st to 24^th October and will be an event in which drivers and teams will be able to familiarize themselves with the Campillos racetrack that, for some years, has not been part of the FIA ​​calendars.

The OK and OK-Junior categories will be the international karting’s protagonists for the next two weeks. All the teams and drivers of these preparatory motor-racing classes will in fact be in Spain at the Campillos racetrack, where the Champions of the Future will take place from 21^st to 24^th October and the FIA ​​World Championship the following week, from 27^th to 31^st October.

Located between Granada and Seville, the Campillos circuit was chosen as the setting for the 2021 FIA Karting World Championship - OK & Junior partly because of its very southern location in Europe. Further south than La Conca (ITA), less open to oceanic influences than Portimão (PRT), it should be able to offer good weather conditions from 28th to 31st October for the big end-of-season event.

Whether in the official Birel ART Racing Team or in the Leclerc by Lennox Racing Team, the Birel ART chassis confirmed their excellent competitiveness in Kristianstad. In spite of the extraordinary circumstances that forced several top drivers out of the race, Viktor Gustafsson was able to reach 4th place in the KZ World Championship, while Alessio Piccini crossed the finish line of the KZ2 International Super Cup in 5th position.

The team proved to be extremely competitive on the Kristianstad circuit at the FIA Karting World Championship KZ and the FIA Karting International Super Cup KZ2, but certain episodes affected the final results. After successfully completing the European championship of shifter classes, the Leclerc by Lennox Racing team presented itself at the most important event of the season with all the necessary requirements to be an absolute protagonist. In fact, the CL chassis produced by Birel ART and powered by TM Racing confirmed their value in both classes competing, KZ and KZ2.

Already on the podium of the European KZ2 Championship in 2021, the Sodikart chassis has just followed up with another Vice-Championship title, this time at world level. Perfectly supported by the CPB Sport team, Senna Van Walstijn achieved a great performance, moving up from 11th to 2nd place in the FIA Karting International Super Cup at Kristianstad. The Dutchman took pole position and set the lap record in the Final, and came very close to victory in Sweden.

Historic double win at the FIA Karting World Championship in Sweden for the Tony Kart Racing Team. On his home circuit of Kristianstad, Noah Milell conquers the 2021 title in the master class of the shifter karts, "accompanied" by his teammate Lorenzo Camplese, second on the finish line.

The FIA ​​World Championship KZ & KZ2 weekend, which took place in Kristianstad (Sweden) from the 2^nd to the 5^th of September, was lacking in satisfaction for the CRG drivers. After Giacomo Pollini's victory in the KZ2 European Championship and Paolo Ippolito's success in the Adria race in KZ, expectations were high, but the most important event of the year was not lucky for the CRG colors.

After three seasons dedicated purely to the direct drive categories from Mini to OK, Parolin Motorsport has made a successful return to the gearbox karting field in 2021 with its TM Racing engines. At the Kristianstad world meeting Lorenzo Travisanutto dominated the FIA Karting International Super Cup - KZ2 and added a fourth major success to his record. Parolin's success was complemented by James Wharton's top five finish and Viktor Öberg's 7th place.

The Kristianstad event concluded with pure and hard racing and several twists and turns. Sweden's Noah Milell was finally crowned FIA Karting World Champion - KZ after completely dominating the Final. The FIA Karting International Super Cup - KZ2 was won by Italian Lorenzo Travisanutto after a perfect Final. In the FIA Karting Academy Trophy, David Walther from Denmark won the Final while Maciej Gladysz from Poland won the Trophy.

The second day of the FIA Karting event in Kristianstad was a high quality sporting spectacle throughout the 18 Qualifying Heats which came one after the other. There was no shortage of drama and the Qualifying hierarchy was largely changed by the intensity of the races. The three polemen were notably dethroned.

The most important event of the season it’s finally here: the FIA ​​World Championship for the KZ and KZ2 classes will take place in Sweden on the Kristianstad track from the 2^nd to the 5^th of September. 28 top drivers will fight against each other in KZ and in this category the CRG Factory Team will line up 3 drivers with great ambitions: Jeremy Iglesias, Alex Irlando and Paolo Ippolito. Unfortunately Jaime Alguersuari had to forfeit due to the persistent pain in his ribs. The Spanish driver is expected to come back racing around the end of the season.

In Adria, on the occasion of the second and final round of the FIA European Karting Championship KZ-KZ2, the team achieved two podiums in the race, with Hiltbrand and Gustavsson, and two more in the championships, with Hiltbrand and Van Hoepen.

Sodi chassis achieved a great overall result in the Final of the FIA Karting European Championships in Italy, on the Adria circuit. Senna Van Walstijn became European KZ2 vice-champion after a race that saw Hubert Petit move up to 2nd position and Arthur Carbonnel finish 4th. In KZ, Adrien Renaudin finished 5th in the Championship after a remarkable comeback from 9th to 4th place in the Final.

The second FIA Girls on Track event of 2021 took place at the Berlin E-Prix last weekend (August 13-15) and welcomed more than 150 young women to experience the exciting world of motor sport and the diverse range of potential career opportunities open to them.
