The Champions of the Future by RGMMC Winter Series has just taken place on the new Italian circuit of Franciacorta near Milan with tyres identical to those of the forthcoming FIA Karting Championships: MG in OK and Vega in OK-Junior. Anatoly Khavalkin dominated the Junior class before finishing on the podium in a very competitive Final, while René Lammers also proved to be very competitive in adversity. Parolin Motorsport’s level of performance was confirmed by Maksim Orlov’s top three in OK in Qualifying and in the heats.

In a different setting to the WSK Promotion races held up to now, Birel ART showed the extent of its potential in all conditions. The Winter Series was a difficult weekend  with no lack of technical problems and numerous incidents punctuated the races. Despite this, Giuseppe Palomba managed to reach 2nd place in KZ2, Harley Keeble made an exceptional comeback in OK while Kirill Kutskov fought for a long time in the OK-Junior top three.

The 1^st edition of the Winter Series of the Champions of the Future by RGMMC, which took place in Franciacorta, has ended with a positive balance for the CRG Racing Team, even if, the event organized by the promoter of the FIA ​​Championships, was heavily influenced by the many penalties for race actions inflicted by the Stewards after the race. Two-time Australian Champion Harry Arnett has been selected as Australia’s representative in the 2022 FIA Karting Academy Trophy. Throughout this intense 2021 season, the Energy Corse team has been particularly competitive as recent prestigious international events can attest: a masterful victory in the Rok Cup Superfinal in Mini with the Canadian Jensen Burnett and a podium in OK-Junior during the Champions of the Future series with Tomass Stolcermanis. Stolcermanis also had the honour starting on the front row of the World Championship in his Energy Corse-TM Racing package.

At the FIA Karting World Championship in Campillos, Spain, the Exprit Noesis R chassis wins the most important appointment of the racing season, doubling the World success obtained in 2017.
