In KZ, Birel ART was also delighted with another podium for Matteo Vigano, who became the 2022 European Vice-Champion.

Joseph Turney, in OK, achieves another useful result on the occasion of the third round of the FIA Karting European Championship in Sweden thus keeping the lead in the championship standings with one round at the end. Another podium in the OKJ category, this time with Jan Przyrowski.

Parolin Motorsport triumphed in the tough Kristianstad event thanks to the masterful performance by Anatholy Khavalkin who led the team to victory in the third round of the FIA Karting European Championship - OK-Junior. He is now 2nd in the provisional standings before the Franciacorta event in a month's time. At the same time, Maksim Orlov reached the top five in OK and Enzo Deligny remained well placed in 4th in the Championship.

It was especially the Brazilian Olin Galli who stood out from the qualifying practice on the Kristianstad track, with the 22^nd overall time, then continuing his qualifying path in the Heat with 2 second places as his best results, which guaranteed him to start from P4 on the starting grid in the Final.

After Free Practice sessions marked by rain showers, the Åsum Ring was dry for the Qualifying sessions of the third round of the FIA Karting European Championship - OK and OK-Junior on Friday at noon in Kristianstad. The gaps were extremely close in both categories and it was Guillaume Bouzar (LUX) who finally proved to be the fastest in OK-Junior while Kean Nakamura-Berta (GBR) set the fastest time in OK.
