The German Kart Championship is going to start into its 59th racing season next weekend (May 7th – 9t), as planned, and is popular among local and foreign drivers again. 115 participants are going to compete on the traditional Erftlandring in Kerpen.

Four weeks before the start of the fourth German Electric Kart Championship (DEKM) season, the event’s promoter IKmedia and technical partner BRP-Rotax decided to adjust the race calendar for the 2021 season. It now includes four events as part of the DKM and the Rotax MAX Challenge Germany.

Among these adjustments are the lowering of the DMSB Shifterkart Cup registration fee as well as not merging the two shifterkart categories DSKM and DSKC.
