Seven weeks after its magnificent premiere, the Rotax MAX Challenge Euro Trophy entered its second round from June 8th to 10th, which marked half of the season.

The second round of the Rotax Max Euro Trophy is held in Kristianstad Sweden. More then 110 drivers will fight for the points at the 1,234 metre-long circuit Asum Ring. follow all the action LIVE.

From April 20 – 22, the premiere of the newly-introduced Rotax MAX Challenge Euro Trophy welcomed almost 120 participants from around the world to the first edition of the 2018 series at the 1,360 metre circuit of Karting Genk – ‘Home of Champions’ in Belgium.

Beginning of February 2018 the 100,000th kart engine – out of the Rotax 125 MAX engine family – left the assembly line at BRP-Rotax in Gunskirchen, Austria. The Rotax 125 MAX engine conquered the market after its launch in 1997. 

 The 19th edition of the Rotax MAX Challenge Grand Finals (RMCGF) will be supported by BRP-Rotax’s long-term chassis partners at the kart track Circuito Internacional Paladino in Conde, Paraìba, in Brazil from November 24 to December 1nd, 2018. The chassis partners will support in the same classes like last year. BirelART will officially support the Rotax 125 Mini MAX and Rotax 125 MAX DD2 categories, IPKarting will provide its Praga chassis for the Rotax 125 Micro MAX and Rotax 125 Junior MAX classes and Sodikart – the official supplier of the Rotax 125 MAX and Rotax 125 MAX DD2 Masters categories – was selected for the 9th consecutive year as chassis partner. 

Starting in January 2018, BRP-Rotax, the manufacturer of Rotax kart engines located in Austria, assigns the distribution of Rotax kart products in the Chinese market to Eric Motorsport Supply, located in Kunshan, Jiangsu province in China.
